Location is super convenient. Just blocks away from Shibuya Station, slightly behind Cirulean Hotel in a more quiet neighborhood. There's a convenient store at end of block and surrounded by nice dining choices. Some are are Michelin recommended.
Living room was comfy, even with a full bed that sleeps 2.2nd bedroom also has a full bed that sleeps 2. Kitchen is decent size. There's also a washer with was so convenient. We used it several times and what a convince to be able to wash cloths after walking and sweating all day in hot humid summer days. Unfortunately, there really aren't any extra space to layout your luggages. We had 4 people for 4 nights and it was manageable, but any longer might free tight and constricted.
As long as one understands that you are getting great location for an amazingly affordable price, and manage your expectations base on that, then this is a great find.

Excellent apartment in our recent stay. Very clean, and well located for spending holidays in Tokio. Highly recomended.

The apartment itself was clean, in a great location, and the hosts communicated well, so I want to be fair about the positives. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue for us was the bed. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and we did not sleep well. The layout also felt awkward, and there were so many rules and notices throughout the property that the stay felt more restrictive than relaxing.
The check-in/check-out policy was another frustration. Check-in isn't until 3:00 PM, but checkout is required by 10:00 AM, which felt like a very short window considering the price. The listing does state those times, but as a guest the combination still felt unnecessarily restrictive.
What bothered us most was feeling like there were additional rules and potential charges for everything. It gave the stay a nickel-and-dime feeling rather than the hospitality we expected.
Again, the location is excellent, the apartment was clean, and communication was good. But between the uncomfortable bed, excessive rules, early checkout, and overall lack of comfort, we would not stay here again.
