It is the most awful hotel I ever stayed. It should explicitly write that it is for sexual purposes. A room is full of condoms and has a vending machine for condoms. My room smells smoky and I could not sleep there. I booked for two days but fled the next morning. Breakfast is served on your door handle: cold and wrapped in plastic container.
The sheets were clean though.
There is no Room key, you have to Trust them to lock your room when you leave the Hotel. It smells like smoke everywhere and Breakfast is only a beverage and a Croissant.

"Best value for money on the budget” stayed for four nights, Our iteneraries were all in tokyo.
Very good Amenities, they provide alot of cosmetic, comforts and skin care for free. They even give you free dessert and a drink everyday on top of your free breakfast meals per day! Location is a bit far from Tokyo but manageable through the taking the bus otherwise you will need to walk 800m to the nearest Train. All smoking is allowed on rooms so ours smelled like tobacco but they do provide an air purifier so that it will be clean give it a few hours.
