I simply love Hyatt Regency Tokyo. The room is spacious and the view is good. Service is good and the staffs are friendly.

Fantastic staff. Very professional. Beautiful rooms. Great location. This hotel is conveniently situated for all the main attractions. Great rail links. The rooms are clean and comfortable. StAff are just amazing. The hotel itself lacks soul. A bit too big.

Great location, the subway is just downstairs, and 7/11, the staff are friendly and helpful especially the girl in Hyatt’s regency club, good service and fluent English. I hope I have a chance to come back!

Great service all around especially the Concierge was extremely helpful in booking private vehicle and English speaking guide and planning our Tokyo sightseeing experience.

Stayed here for a week during a business trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The location is good in that it's easily accessible by subway and walkable to certain areas, but bad in that you're essentially in a corporate/financial district without any character or charm. Rooms are big and very clean. I thought the shower was terrific but found the beds to be kinda hard (not uncomfortable, just stiff). Food is solid as well. I had the breakfast buffet several times and room service as well. Each experience I was happy with what I got. Things were obviously pricey but that's just how hotel food goes. A standout of the stay was the staff. Every interaction I had with them was stellar. They really go above and beyond to accomodate requests or any need you might have. They were exceptionally helpful when it came to getting reservations and helping me plan trips to things like Tsukiji Fish Market. Overall, I would stay here again, but only for business. If I were doing some personal travel, I would look elsewhere for a more interesting neighborhood.

Do you like the early 90s? Furnishing and appearance of this Hotel will grant you a trip back in time. O_O pros: friendly staff, nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and a supermarket, and the Robot Pepper will welcome you in the Lobby.

Stayed one month in the hotel when transferred to Tokyo before finding apartment and while service, food and room appointments were as expected, the room size was rather constraining even though by Japan hotel standards it may be considered generous. Tried all the restaurants and coffee shops, and all are recommendable with professional service and first class food quality.

Amazing location to everything plus free shuttle to the train station, which isn't even fat yo begin with. Rooms are great, their breakfast buffet is absolutely the best, so much choice of food, very very fresh. The Staff throughout the hotel are always top notch, they are always there to take care if you. Very polite. They have a top floor gym and spa, and a really nice bar. Solid Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Nice and roomy hotel near the subway. I was a bit disappointed with how long the line was during check-in it looked like fifty guests were checking in at the same time. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and the space is very accommodating.

Hyatt Recency has Wide, comfortable, clean room is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Tokyo. Wonderful and delicious breakfast in Cafe. Nice and quiet environment!
We also like Pepper in the lobby! It is so cute!

Hyatt Regency is one perfect place to stay when in Japan. It has tidy rooms and bathrooms abd comfy bed that makes you sleep soundly. The view from the room makes me reckon with nature. And yes. The food is great. And personnel of the hotel are polite and responsive. I love Hyat Regency in Japan and will always cherish the good moments here. I am highly recommending this hotel. One that now becomes part of me.

Vintage hotels, much bigger than you think. Decorate the atmosphere. Be sure to use the Metro station West exit to the hotel's shuttle bus.

Great view from room — lucky enough to see Mt Fuji when it was clear enough — always came back to our room being cleaned — even folded our pjs on our bed! It was also handy to have the courtesy bus to and from Shinjuku station when you just couldn’t find the strength to walk the 10mins back to the hotel! The room was large and had the extra bonus of a separate toilet — quite rare for a hotel room — and the two free bottles of water each day was appreciated — can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I highlight, above all, the friendliness of its employees. Good and varied breakfast. Silent. How to paste, the rooms are somewhat small.

The best hotel I've stayed in. The service is excellent, for example, the suitcases are brought to the room and you will be greeted by the staff. The room in itself is super equipped and has many different features, design also very good. The hotel also has its own shuttle which takes you every 20 minutes to the centre of Shinjuku. Clear recommendation for this hotel!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Japan or anywhere else. The level of service is amazing! The bell desk is great at greeting and handling baggage, they also helped book tickets to the airport. The check-in staff was very helpful in giving quick info on check-in. The concierge was amazing, they helped ship our bags to Kyoto and also receive it from Kyoto before our flights from Haneda. The room was large and very comfortable, cleaning staff was also excellent. Overall a 5++++ star experience!

Fantastic hotel. Great service and amazing location next to Shinjuku station. Couldn't have been more pleased with our first stay in Tokyo! The crystal chandeliers in the main entrance are fabulous!

The hotel in general is very good like any luxurious, but the rooms are very small. It offers a breakfast buffet varied with japanese food and western. In addition it has a good location.

Good hotel in Shinjuku. Our triple room "View" was actually a room with two Queen-type beds and a sofa bed. We had a great view of the Shinjuku Central Park and the Fuji. The only downside: there was a lot of noise from the other rooms.

Superb service, even though we didn't ask for anything in particular. Great view of our 1 king bed room and the space is great, just what we want (although the bathroom's entrance is small, it is fully functional and great once inside). We slept perfectly in the bed after 25h in airplanes and airports. This is only the first night of many and is a great start to our vacation!

Rooms are much smaller than would typically be expected of a Hyatt and as I've found in most Japanese hotels the beds are pretty stiff. Most amenities are not complimentary. Expect to spend around $60 at the hotels breakfast restaurant. Otherwise this Hyatt is on par with look and feel of other hotels in it's class.

Good hotel in Shinjuku, close to offices and bars. Rooms a bit small, but this is normal for Tokyo. Techno toilets — again normal here!

Close to the Shinjuku Metro station and the largest Shinjuku Express bus station, the hotel is well equipped to buy the airport bus directly at the door or take free shuttle buses to West Shinjuku. Very convenient location, more than most hotel rooms and good bathroom, professional staff!

Very good location and expect great customer service from staff. Check in was seamless and very fast esp. If you have all your IDs and documents with you. Well stocked bathrooms, spacious rooms and good housekeeping.

The restaurant was good. The room was clean and comfortable but below expectations for me personally. Good service. Easy to get a taxi. Park across the street.

Large comfortable rooms with great views. I had a room with a view of Mt Fuji in the distance. Loved the convenience of the bakery shop in the mornings for quick and tasty pastries. I also enjoyed the restaurant off the lobby. They had delicious spaghetti bolognese. The hotel itself is beautiful, particularly the lobby and is very convenient to attractions and transportation. I enjoyed how it was off the busy roads providing for a quiet stay. Staff was also very friendly.

Wow. Massive room (especially for Japan). Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is large and well stocked with amenities. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. Hotel is located above a subway stop and about a 20 minute walk from the main Shinjuku station. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes to and from the station. The hotel is next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building which has a free observation deck at the top with a great view of Tokyo. There is a 7-11 at the bottom of the hotel as well. The mini fridge has room for some bought drinks and food. TV has some English channels and the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast.

Good establishment for the restaurant and the location. It would deserve a renovation because the furniture and colors are sad. The gym is small and the pool very small.

Connected to the airport by a shuttle is located near the subway which allows you to quickly reach all the districts of Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean and with Wi-Fi. Great breakfast, stocked of everything.

It is a place of luxury. We celebrated our wedding here and everything was great. The guests were delighted with the view of Mount Fuji from the banquet hall, with the menus and with the service. We also. Breakfast incredible, unbeatable views from the rooms. As I said earlier, instead of luxury. We will come back.

Hyatt chain hotels just provide very good service everywhere I go. This property is no exception. I really like the location. Although I am in a very busy city, the surrounding is very quiet and relaxing with the park and government buildings. Plenty of transportation is availble to get around Tokyo Metro area. Free shuttle runs between the hotel and Shinjunku JR Station a few times every hour. Neaest subway station which is only 5 min walk, Tsukiji fish market is just 20 min away! Airport shuttle bus makes a stop at the hotel, which makes it so much easy for an international traveler like myself.

Not a fan. Paid for a view and did not get one. Unlike others experience, when we arrived we were told "check in is at 2:00. We will hold your luggage. " Thanks. Several sources indicated there is a guest laundry but that is not true. If there is a business center we have not found it and it is not listed in our hotel info or offered by desk. We assumed that we could get a tour of Tokyo through the hotel but that did not work out either (unless we wanted to travel to the other side of Tokyo at 7 a. M. ) Overall a very big disappointment to a family with limited time in Tokyo to see the sights. We found the breakfast buffet to be very nice. Room was large.

I didn't stay overnight here, but did stop by. It's a great location, and seems nice. There's a lot nearby, and there's even a couple of convenience stores in the basement (7-11 and Family Mart). Would be interested in starting here some time.

Rooms at this hotel are very nice. Everything seems like it is pretty new and the pillows and Mattress are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on at a hotel. The staff were very helpful with all of my needs, like helping me print a boarding pass and directing me to the proper subway station in the morning.

I stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel a few times a year. My home away from home. Great staff and a great selection of restaurants inside the hotel and hundreds of more restaurants within walking distance.

I had a superb stay. The staff is excellent in every way and help you with any issue you might have. The pool was excellent. The best pool view I've ever had. Complementary fitness center and pool visits for Hyatt members was a big plus! The bar is really nice too.

Kind and respectable staff with great English skills greeted us as soon as we walked in and every time we had touristy questions. This hotel is about a 12 minute leisurely walk to Shinjuku station which is a major transit station that leads to all parts of Tokyo. There is also a prompt shuttle that takes you directly to the Shinjuku station every 20 minutes that we found very convenient during our stay. When room service tidied up our rooms, we could tell they took special care with our possessions. We had a room with 2 twin beds which only allows 1 person on each bed comfortably. Overall we had a great stay and would gladly come back on our next Tokyo trip!

Was staying in a 'Club King' room. It's amazing here. Nice view, absolutely friendly service. Superb breakfast with a mixture of Western and Asian food. A 7/11 is also very close by. Free bus service to bring you to the nearest train station. And a cheap bus to bring you to the airport. Here is nothing even a German could complain about.

Very spacious and clean room, quick response to my requests, no direct access to subway, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to shinjuku until 10pm if not mistaken. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station.

Very helpful staff and nice spacious room.

Stay there for a week. Seems good. Hope to come back.
