Great location and services. Not very young kid friendly. All but the buffet downstairs accept bookings for kids, which is a bit disappointing. Reception and concierge staff are all helpful and friendly. A late hour convenience store is in the B1, so is very convenient. A free shuttle bus to and from Shinjuku station leaves every 20 minutes. Great for access to the JR station. All in all a great stay.

I'd rather they mention up front that the pool costs extra… but either way worth it, amazing pool at night after a long day at disney. Staff was excellent. Rooms great. Everything was wonderful.

Excellent top quality service. Great rooms and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was good although busy in the main ground floor restaurant. The executive floor was very nice, good service, good food and excellent range of drinks. Concierge was very helpful. Would recommend and I would certainly return. Press ‘like’ if review is of benefit.

View from both the bay and park side is equally interesting. Staff is very helpful. It’s spacious with a lot of stores inside the hotel. The shuttle services to and from station, airport etc makes it all the more convenient.

Little bit disappointed. I was expecting this hotel to be a little higher end considering it’s a Hilton. The public spaces are nice and you can access the metro without going outside. There’s access underground. The disappointment stems from the rooms. There’s nothing luxurious about the bathrooms. I’ve stayed at nicer Hampton inns. The bathroom looked like a cruise boat bathroom. Disappointing to say the least. Expected a bit more from this property and for the price we paid.

Cool hotel. It’s near the sea. You can enjoy the beauty of the sea from upper floors of the hotel. Rooms are very good. Every necessary things are here in the room. Staffs are well mannered. Foods are delicious. A swimming pools is also here. So you can enjoy a good day in this hotel.

Very close to monorail station. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The beds were firm, but comfortable. It got a little hot in the room because the AC didn't go very low, but windows opened. Would highly recommend for those who want a cheaper option that is still close to Disneyland.

Great service; the staff go out of their way to help you. I was in King size bedroom and there were no outlets for my charger near my bed. Would have been more helpful if there were, as I use my phone before bed. My room had an amazing view! My room was also cleaned daily, although under the bed and in some hard to reach places, it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed (other people's hair and dust bunnies). I had a great time though, I really did!

During a two week vacation in Japan we started and ended at this hotel and it was great on the way in and out. Restaurants upstairs were great! The exercise room had everything you could wish for in a gym. It's centrally located to almost everything you might want to see in Tokyo. Overall it was a pretty good stay!

Good location, convenient subway, go to Shinjuku not tired, lounge beautiful can, service is ok (and Nagoya Hilton's poor point ha, refueling), hotel first floor people are really many, almost every pass can see to line up to eat, this is the popularity is too high? Administrative room is quite polite, indoor items, capsule machines and so on make people feel very good.

Better than the Disney Land Hotel.

Generic Hilton location. The rooms were nice enough but bland and standard for a Hilton. If you're expecting something unique and interesting, look elsewhere, but for a convenient, reliable business hotel you can't go wrong. There are a few places to eat in the strange Hiltopia downstairs, but I'd recommend venturing out further if that's what you're looking for.

Excellent location if you are visiting Tokyo Disney. The Disney line train station is about a 2 minute walk. Excellent amenities and kids will like the theme rooms. Staff were very helpful.

Very pleasant staff and welcoming environment. Rooms are unique and large. Ammenities are very good. The fitness room and pool area is great. On site restraunts have fresh locally sourced food that is very well prepared and abundant. You can get anything you need in the hotel shops for an average price. Great place to stay for a Disneyland visit with really easy transportation. Hilton Tokyo Bay is a great choice when staying near Tokyo Disneyland.

A fantastic hotel — large, busy but excellent location for Disney land. Staff polite and extremely helpful. Gym, pool and 5 or so placed to eat. Convenience store on site. Views from ocean facing room on 6th floor amazing — can see pretty much picture postcard skyline including both towers. Breakfast is well worth it lots of choice western and eastern — also fun kids breakfast station. Free shuttle to maihama station so we got out in to town with ease via subway.

I stayed at this property for 6 days during a work trip in Tokyo, and I had a great experience there. The hotel is not too far away from Shinjuku station, there are free shuttles going back and forth very often. You can also try the traditional Japanese style breakfast, which I found very interesting. However, you must book it before 9 pm, because they only have 20 seats in the restaurant. I think most Japanese hotels provide electronic toilet seat covers, but I still found this feature very cool and you will definitely find it here in Hilton!

I had breakfast in the restaurant and in the room.
In the restaurant, it's a regular buffet breakfast, with a nice array of food. It he room, I was surprised by the quantity of the breakfast (I had eggsand bacon + French toast + toast with jam & butter + bakery basket + huge plate of yogurt + granola with milk + pot of coffee with milk + fruits + juice + water! Couldn't eat it all! )

Such a spacious room which was a very welcome change from the typical Tokyo hotel rooms. Professional, courteous staff and beautiful hotel. Easy access to shuttles to DisneySea. Highly recommend when visiting.

(レストラン マーブルラウンジ利用) 新宿駅から徒歩で向かったが、初めていく場合は地図アプリ等で事前のルート確認を。夕方～夜だと暗く、道が分かりにくいためなおさらガイドが必要 (新宿HALのコクーンタワーは良い目印かも？) 。 丸ノ内線の西新宿駅、都営大江戸線の都庁前駅がホテルから近い。 昼プラン、夜プランと利用したがいずれも2時間コースで、夜は特に利用客が多く、バイキングも列が長めだった。内装は高級感があり、海外のホテルそのもの。マーブルラウンジはイベントに合わせて装飾物が配置され、スタッフの服装もある程度それに合わせているようだ。 各 プランの開始したては列も長く、順に調理品を取っていくが、ある程度時間が経ってからは人とひとの間隔が空いていれば列途中のメニューを取っても問題はなさそう。スタッフのサービスは全体的に良い。 シーズンごとに売りにしているメニュー (例えばイチゴスィーツ) も魅力だが、「ガーリックライス」を楽しみにしている客も少なくない。

I went for an amazing Russell Peters stand up comedy show that was amazing. Well done Hilton for organising that. Then a drink at the bar with live Jazz music. They ran out of Cloudy Bay though.

Was a guest here for two weeks for business. Location was excellent and staff service was impeccable. I was concerned about getting around by myself, but the concierge and front desk staff was patient and extremely helpful. Meals are pricey, but the quality and sevice make up for that. Breakfast buffet was diverse and lovely. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Could walk underground to office, shops and train. Would highly recommend.

It's pricey, but good! Exceptional service. Airport shuttles (Narita ¥3, 100) right at the front door. Very nice, clean rooms with good views. Lovely amenities provided. Pool is kind of small, but pristine. Workout area was super clean and very modern. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra night, and they easily accommodated me, same rate, and kept me in the same room. Did I mention it's awesome service?

It's going to be a little hard to understand Japanese. I don't think it's a good idea, but the quality of the service room is excellent.

The staff Even if you are not staying in the hotel you can book and buy here the bus limousine ticket to the airports of Narita and Haneda. The hotel is equipped with yna small smoking area outside.

Room is clean and large, breakfast is excellent! one star was removed because we have to wait 40 minutes for the breakfast this morning just one restaurant was open for breakfast in such large hotel … terrible! we wasted one hour in the line in hotel restaurant instead of Disneyland …

The staff here is exceptional. They helped us arrange a ride to Narita after our Disney trip and were exceedingly nice from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out. The hotel is clean and very nice. The buffets at the hotel are a little pricey but the food is good so it is ultimately worth it. Great proximity to Disney. Will stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful and modern hotel in the quietest section of Shinjuku district. Many restaurants and shops in the area, and close to the famous Golden Gai area. Tip: Choose a room that has access to the Executive Lounge on the 37 floor. Breakfast with a view of Mt. Fuji, Amazing!

Very pleased with the overall experience. Was just a bit sad our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Been on a train all day and told to wait five minutes not great. But still overall a pleasant and enjoyable time with a great view.

Super close to Disneyland and connected by the monorail. There is a large pool and a smaller pool… lots of shops and restaurants. The kids theme rooms are awesome! Loved the bunk beds and the wall themes… the view was beautiful of the ocean and the pool we got to wake up to everyday. All the kids loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Very upscale hotel in Tokyo, close to the major business district, and shopping close by in Shinjuku. Also it's proximity to Shinjuku allows you to get just about anywhere in Japan via the metro and train system. Rooms with large windows, with view of tall buildings all around. Compact, yet stylish rooms with all facilities.

Stayed in one of the magic rooms and the kids loved the way the room was decorated. Room was spacious. The buffet dinner and breakfast had limited choices, but all the dishes were well prepared and of high quality. There is a Disney store, 24hr convenient store, a coffee, and a sandwich shop in the building that satisfy all your needs. We closed off our stay with some play time at the beautiful garden pool. Great experience.

Hilton Hotel Tokyo Bay: Beautiful seaside views, great accommodating service and a big apartment space for the room. They take luggage early and have online checking where you can pick your rooms (go near an elevator just for convenience). The in room service is okay, it's 30% of the cost for delivery to your room so unless you really don't care — give it a miss. Pick up is available for free so eh. The lobby smells good, odd clubs and bars are spread out inside the building and a convenience store is next to the cute little Disney store inside.

This is a really nice hotel in Shinjuku. It's a great location, with many rooms in a very nice building. The rooms were nice, even though I was only in a regular room (not on the higher, executive floors, which I've heard are really fantastic). Toilets were fancy Japanese kind. Beds were a bit firm, but nice. The windows had sliding doors that could be drawn to block out all light. Breakfast was good (but expensive! ) with both Western and Eastern options. I really liked it here.

I've stayed here plenty of times and I love this place. It's somewhat a second home for me. The food at the hotel is really pricey so check out the thousands of restaurants near the station a short walk from the hotel.

Happy magic rooms were grand! Hotel was amazing! Gave 4 stars since outdoor pool was closed both days we were there and restaurant was closed on Monday for breakfast. Did not state these were closed on website.

A great hotel and location. Executive lounge is amazing but can get super crowded, so much so they have a wait which really eats into the time you have to utilize it. Perhaps they could have two lounges? One for the families and those who who don't mind a bit more noise and one for adults only for a more quiet intimate place to relax or catch up on work?

This is a nice hotel with clean, modern rooms. There's a metro station a few steps away. The entrance and lobby don't feel welcoming because of the way it is setup. That doesn't really affect your stay though.

Very good service. Polite staff helped out a lot. We didn't know where we could get tickets for Disneyland and they helped us get them without us having to step out the front door. Highly recommend staying at Hilton.

I love to stay at Hilton, wherever I go. Hilton Tokyo is one more Hilton Hotel with excellent location, excellent service, big room and super comfortable bed. Great place to stay in one of the best cities in the world!

Great hotel in a safe location that's conveniently located near Shinjuku Station (15 minute walk). Also there's a complementary shuttle every twenty minutes between Shinjuku Station and hotel. For diamond members, there is a very robust executive lounge and also a separate one open on weekends a separate from the standard lounge for diamond members only lounge (I suspect it was a remodeled Presidential suite turned lounge). Great service!

Very nice hotel. Stayed in one of the "magic" rooms, which was a bit underwhelming, but overall a very enjoyable stay. And the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Happy Magic room was not impressive at all. The so-called magic can only impress you (or your kid) if you're less than 2 years old.

Nice hotel and nice view on the see from my room at the 11th floor. The buffet at night is 5.000 yen which I found super expensive and I was not told before so that was not a pleasant surprise. The sauna is nice and they provide everything you need and they have the lockers. There is a bus going to the closest JR (city train) station every 20min. It is a bit long to get to the city center but if you are going to Disney that is more than perfect.

Jr. Suite room is nice. Bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast are undercooked. Fried eggs were delicious. Staff and service are excellent. Executive lounge was relaxing. Too many cheese products in executive lounge.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a convenient location and offers a free shuttle bus to the nearest metro station which is about 7-11 minutes away. For panoramic views across Tokyo head to the nearby Metropolitan Government Building (free). The room was very large with stunning views across Tokyo. Overall the room and the bathroom were in good condition and very clean. However for the price I would have at least expected to have free Wi-Fi in the room, which was not the case. I had to pay quite a lot on top for the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room either. On one occasion I ordered room service, which was fast but again overly expensive. Overall a great hotel for a visit to Tokyo, but beware of extra cost of Wi-Fi and expensive hotel food.

The rooms look amazing. Unfortunately, toward the end of my stay there, the air conditioning was broken for two days and they did not move us to another room or compensate us. They gave us a FAN. Yikes! Worst thing to come home to (after a full day at Disney) is a HOT & muggy room! Also, the free Wi-Fi was iffy throughout the entire 5-day stay. All I got for my troubles was a box of cookies.

Clean, light rooms of a decent size with good views. The Wi-Fi is nice and stable, and the breakfasts decent. It's also a short walk to the monorail. This might be the best Hilton property I've stayed at.

TOKYO! This was my first trip to Tokyo and the hotel was as amazing as the city. The hotel is centrally located for shopping. The staff was very helpful and informative. The guest relations manager Alberto is fluent in English, Spanish and Japanese. The breakfast was comprehensive and included kale shots (a key for my personal health on the road). Room service and other meals were delicious and moderately priced.

The hotel is close to Disney Land and great for anyone visiting there — but also the perfect address for private of company functions. There has been a complete renovation lately and the rooms as well as the banquet area are new and in a modern style.

Fantastic hotel, super helpful staff. I've stayed for 2 nights at a executive king room. Breakfast was great, executive lounge is very good with great selection. One con, the rooms aren't sound isolated so you can hear chats from next door rooms (especially in the shower area). Will definitely come back!

Great hotel with awesome executive lounge (fresh oj and gourmet hot foods! ) complimentary shuttle bus transfer from shinjuku station every 20 min is super convenient since it's a bit of a walk to where all the shops are from the hotel. Hiltopia is connected to the metro stations and this is great for rainy days! Buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired. It's not very fresh or especially delicious.

I didn't stay there. I just had a breakfast. It's amazing. Buffet style, you can get croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread, different kinds of cereals, yogurts, cold food, hot food, wonderful bacon, omelette cooked in front of you, meats, fishes, beans… and many high quality drinks. Lots of friendly staff, many languages spoken. Go for it.

The perfect place to come back to after exploring the city all day. Clean, airy, Western-style rooms; gorgeous city views; access to nishi shinjuku station through underground passageway, which gives access to the entire city by train. If I ever return to Tokyo, and I sincerely hope I do, I would stay here again.

Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfirst buffet is the same everyday no variations during our 3 day stay. However, ther are plenty of choices if you are tired of something. Definity will come again. Free Disney resort cruiser takes you to nearby Monorail station, where you can go to either Disney land or Disney Sea park. Cost of monorail is a flat 260 japanese yuen each ride.

Nice hotel and conveniently located, the concierge team was very friendly. The rooms have a good space and all be in order. The only think that surprise me be that only you have free Wi-Fi in the lobby when practically in all the country you have Wi-Fi for free also in another hotels.

Although opening relatively recently, but facilities also good, and distance to subway station, relatively close, very convenient, checked twice, all good.

I stayed her for my Japan trip before. Had a few thousand Hilton points I can spent, and my experience was a blast. I checked in with this friendly receptionist. It took him a while to get back to my reservation, making me worry if there's something wrong. He came back apologizing to me. He was going to upgrade me to the Executive room, but they were fully booked, so he gave a business room instead, which is still a pretty nice upgrade. Score! Apparently he's from New Zealand and have also and Indonesian descent, living in Japan. Quite unique. The room we had was directly facing Mount Fuji, so the view was really awesome. We asked for an extra bed and it was prepared quickly. Very impressed with the service, but not that surprised considering we were in Japan, where everything is efficient. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again if I happen to have enough points.

Good quality business hotel, with very generously-sized rooms for Tokyo. Conveniently located for Shinjuku's restaurants and nightlife, with excellent transport links including two subway stations connected to the hotel by underpass. The property is let down somewhat by seemingly chaotic room management — the hotel assigned us a room that turned out to be a smoking room (despite a confirmed non-smoking reservation) with the hotel initially refusing to move us because the hotel was full.

A fantastic hotel! Perfectly situated for Shinjuku, it's comfortable, modern and well staffed. Buffet breakfast was impressive, but the queues can get a little crazy after 8am. In-house restaurants are extremely expensive, though — even for Tokyo! The concierge team are very helpful and knowledgeable — I'd definitely stay there again.

This location is one of the Disney Resorts, so how can this place be bad? It just can't! We had an amazing stay here during our visit to Disney. We booked a "Happy Magic" floor which I would recommend if you have kids. Our room had some secret hidden treasures like a magic mirror, secret books and a key in the wall. It was fun exploring the room with my little one. The room was also decorated for young ones. The tree over my head made me feel like I was camping. The staff here was really nice. Nomoto, who works at the Bell Desk was really kind to my daughter right before we departed. He gave her some Disney stickers and a Wall Street Journal for me to read as we waited for our taxi. The room was very comfy. We had 3 single beds which was kind of funny. I felt like I was on a trip with my buddies. There was a an iron, hair dryer, fridge and tea pot in the room. We also had a view of the Disney parks. I kind of wished we had asked for a water view. We also got a late check out at 3pm thanks to Hilton Rewards. It is a nice perk when you can use it. The Rewards card also let's you bypass the wait at the breakfast line, which can get quite long the closer it gets to 9am. I think I might have been the only guy here with a card. Breakfast was really good with lots of varieties to choose from. We were all able to find things we loved to eat. The only bad part was after 3 days and the food never changed, so it got kind of boring.
