Fantastic little hotel in Roppongi Hills, great the Roppongi subway station with nice new and clean facilities, although no extras (gym, spa, pool etc), our room included free coffee from the restaurant each morning and a complimentary bar fridge including beer, soft drinks and sparkling wine that was replenished each day, a nice touch! Ron was compact in typical Japanese tatami style, but did not feel cramped, even with our two kids. Highly recommended.

Very internationally friendly to people travelling through Tokyo. Great for events and event small business meetings.

Decent hotel. Standard double room is pretty much par for the course as other couple rooms around Tokyo. Location is good not perfect. The shower gel and shampoo provided are not too good.

The furnishings are bright and there is certainly a pleasant style to the place but I don't think it's worth the money. Feels more like a temporary apartment than a hotel. I had the deluxe double room and it was small. Not as small as an APA or MyStays but for the price I expected more. Bed was big and comfy but had holes in the sheets. Stains all over the uncomfortable couch. Not as nice as the pictures.

Great service. The rooms are a decent size. I did miss having an iron in suite, but haven't had to request one yet.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy which means the windows are not well insulated. The cleaning staff also make a ton of noise at 6am every day for some unknown reason as they only start making the rooms at 10. Apart from that, the experience is great.

A very comfortable hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The location is a little far from the station, but otherwise a wonderful stay. We stayed for New Year, and they gave us free nihonshu in the morning!

Swag. This hotel is an excellent stay for the price. I spent two nights here with my girlfriend while visiting Tokyo. The design of the hotel is different from your typical large chain hotel. We stayed in a single room on the 6th floor. The room was clean and had a modern/futuristic feel to it. The neighbourhood behind it had some wonderful Wagyu beef restaurants. The lounge in the front was pretty a cool too. My only complaint is the breakfast was over priced for what you get. I would suggest stepping out and getting breakfast else where in the area.

The smallest room is quite small, but it's cleverly designed. There are not many obvious places to put away clothes and stash your bags, which is a shame. Good location, good air conditioning. Good for the price.

Good hotel in great location. Large and well appointed room by Tokyo standards, just a few minutes walk from the Roppongi action, and in a neighborhood with lots of great eats. Great location for foreign visitors for business or pleasure.

Slightly away from the most interesting area of roppongi. But a reasonable service and comfortable rooms.

Small hotel, taxi drivers are difficult to find, though Tokyo Street is like that. The front Desk is very small, other facilities are also the same. But the surprise is the room, very spacious, decorated beautifully. The staff is very friendly. Gladly again come to this.

Great hotel. The other reviews I've seen don't do it justice. Rooms are Japanese and compact but are very modern, the staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. Location is a bit of a walk from trains (10min) but is in a good middle location with plenty of foreign-friendly restaurants nearby.

The rooms are spacious and clean, decorated very nice, staff is relatively friendly, the price is relatively suitable. Location is also good, the surrounding there are many restaurants, supermarkets and the like.
