Great location for use of public transportation.
Friendly staff.
Great amenities.
Only downside: very small room and bathroom.

SMALL rooms… Stay away from the hotel breakfast.

Standard Hotel 3 Stars, the room is small and price not cheap. I went in Spring so they set up aircon to warm. I decided to open window at night but it was so noisy. People still worked in the mid of night and big trailers were back and forth due to hotel facing the main road. But near city harbor if you have work around there and nearby descent restaurants also available. There is nothing much to chill, it is only pure business district area.

A bit more english would be helpful at the reception.

Good for short stay. Not entertaining. Convenient place to access most places in Tokyo. Near to Mita and Thamachi stations.

Value for money and very cooperative staff.

Staffs are helpful but there is only one elevator for the whole hotel. Need to wait really long in the morning. There is no acessibility for stairs too.

A good business hotel that is clean tidy and close to the subway and Jr lines. The rooms are small though as it is a business hotel.

The room was dirty and for that it cost 14200 yen (single) for the night. Especially the many different quite disgusting stains on the walls (from what do they come from!? ), a dirty clock, for which I didn't know how to change the alarm time, some dust, and not well cleaned dark carpet with bits and pieces of rubbish in it, dirty slippers, etc. I did not like. The reception and cleaning staff were nice enough. I had minimal normal interaction with them. Then apparently the political books which are put into the rooms are extreme right wing propaganda full of lies, propaganda against other nations and glorifying Japanese actions, even denying atrocities committed in wars. What I wrote here I heard from many people and read in newspaper articles. I didn't read these books myself, but took photos of them, which I attach here. I think hotels should not have political messages in their rooms especially if those messages are negative towards other people.

Location is very convenient! Rooms are nice and clean with a free to use microwave on the first floor and a keep warm kettle on every room. They have an eco-friendly system where they only change your sheets every three days and leave a bottle of water in exchange unless you ask otherwise.

Small for Americans and bath water not easy to figure out.

Fake positive of fire alarm and staffs left intercom on afterwards for more than 30 mins playing music during were hours. Very small rooms.

Very good ans clean rooms.
