Your concierge assistance was excellent, I was having difficulties with my flight tickets web-check in. I approached concierge on Wednesday morning. The personnel manning the concierge informed me is not possible after several attempts and to come back the next day for assistance, she also mentioned I can get help from the Front Desk after 7pm, to my surprise when I came back I was expecting to explain myself again to the Front Desk, I was impressed that the following information on my flight was handover to Front Desk and immediately they knew I was there for a specific request, again they tried unfortunately not possible and requested for me to come back again. During this time I was worried — I went about with the day tour the following day. When I came back to the hotel on Thursday night, there was a message from Front Desk informing me that concierge has called the JAL and request for my preference in seating arrangements which I briefly mentioned to the concierge lady I wanted to secure the seats that is the reason why I wanted to do my web check in earlier. I am pleased with the service, unfortunately I didn't get their names but I was pretty sure there was a few personnel involved in assisting me. Well done! I have stayed and traveled in the past I would say this hotel certainly has a 'wow' factor in terms of your team effort. Having said that, I also purchased tickets to Aquarium during the time, while collecting tickets and asking for direction I have totally forgot to claim back the balance, again Front Desk called me to collect the balance in the evening when I returned. What makes the hotel greater is having a wonderful team! Thank you so much for all your assistance.
