Hello to each & everyone, I had my evening reception, at the Banquet Hall many year's ago (1999) it was all Congratualtions, drinking, laughing, chatting, bowing… Thank you for an unforgettable memories, I cherished it forever❤️❤️❤️

Bad point : Wifi is too slow for a top class hotel like this! Good location, next to Ocat building. Connected via underground linkway to all the various lines in Namba station. Just troublesome to change two different sets of lifts just to get to hotel room as lobby is on 22nd floor and rooms are 23-30 floors. Room is spacious and has a long bath. Beautiful hotel lounge with full length glass view of Osaka city but it closes early around 7pm. Supermarket (proper size) and a two level hardware/homeware/craft shop is just next door. Good for short stay if you don’t need laundry facilities because self serve laundry machines and microwave ovens are not available here.

Pro: Clean, well equipped place very conveniently located close to Shinsaibashi and dontonbori. Large supermarket right downstairs, with a shopping street underground. Con: if you are looking for friendly staff you won't find it here. Never saw any smile on staff's face which is uncommon for Japan. We ordered champaign for a special day, and asked it be delivered to my room at 1130pm, weeks ahead of arriving. Guess what, at designated time, it came not chilled at all, as if just bought from the store downstairs. The hotel guy barged into my room without being asked, when my clothes are not ready for guests. He literally told me to put the champagne in the frig myself. It was 1130pm. The rooms are small but OK for short stay.

Quiet location. Nice breakfast with a view. Interesting chapel on the lobby floor at the 22nd. Room carpet a little dirty and should be due for change. Wi-Fi not working throughout the 2 days there.

Been Osaka twice and lived here twice. Its spacious in terms of hotels in Osaka. It's very convenient as it's just 3 minutes walk from subway and 10 minutes walk from Namba. Both check in and check out are quick without any trouble.

I booked one triple and one double. The tripple room got some smell, like it has not been used for some time. Toilet got some smell too. Overall A bit dusty but in exchange of big room, it was ok. Staffs at breakfast hall was very helpful. Lastly, great location, easy access from airport by bus.

Convenient transportation, the hotel is also comfortable, with small children also have a bed bar can be used, very good, downstairs and next door have supermarkets to stroll, buy well, nearby also has a very close to the big country drug makeup, not 5 minutes to the.

Double bed room, spacious. Carpet and furniture dated, especially the carpet. Toilet and amenities are good. Breakfast room great view but need new tables.

Nice hotel in the neighborhood of Namba. The rooms with city view are great for Japan but the furniture is a bit dated.

Good hotel in Namba, attached to the OCAT. The reception is on the 22nd floor and there we find also the hotel restaurants (one Chinese, another teppanyaki, etc. ). The most curious thing about that plant is the chapel that there is, but not in a room, but we found a European-looking church there in the middle of the plant. The rooms are pretty good and the beds are comfy, plus they leave water for the guests. Being located so close to the OCAT, it is ideal for transfers to Kansai Airport (KIX) by bus, almost better than by train (since the RAPI: T leaves the Namba Nankai station and is close but not so much and with suitcases it is more uncomfortable).

It’s alright. The hotel is quite convenient as it over the Namba Station with the JR line, the Hotel is on Floor 22 of the building, the building is a 5+ floor shopping department and other commercial floors. The hotel staff are nice and helpful and speaks English. I booked the 3 bed room, two beds looked like a standard hotel bed, the third bed did not look inviting as it was place in the corner with only 1 pillow not 3. The room was okay for a 4* hotel.

Rooms were on the bigger side. Got a triple room and the price was very reasonable. The hotel was centrally located… just wish we stayed longer as there was so much to see. Loved the drinks and snacks available out on the balconey as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel. Room very comfortable, very attentive and respectful the reception, breakfast very good and varied.

2 full size beds in a small room. (Think dorm room style). Took us awhile to figure out how to use the AC. Great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet is really good. Location is great IMO.

Great location right above OCAT bus terminal if travelling from KIX airport. Staff is friendly and speaks good English. This is our second stay and both time we chose a twin room. Room size and amenities are sufficient but noticeable carpet stains really disappoint us. Probably can't blame housekeeping too much but this reflected many guests eat inside their rooms. Have to say their pillows are very comfortable and you can control room temperature with a wall panel. Worth choosing this hotel especially if this is your first visit to Osaka.

The location of the hotel is very good, the Osaka Namba Station and the JR Namba station have exits, underground street all have access, do not have to get lost on the ground to find direction. In the large version of Namba station arrived to go to exit 30th, the hotel is coming up. In addition, people who want to take the Nanhai Electric Railway to Kansai airport, can not be as stupid as I dragged luggage to the South China Sea Namba Station (although only 15mins but feel quite far), from the side of the JR Namba stand down to the "new this palace" station, and then to the South China Sea Electric iron is good! The traffic is convenient, just next to Ocat station, about 50 points from Kansai airport. At the entrance of the hotel, there are Jr, subway entrances, easy rides, and, of course, if you need a taxi, you can also ask for assistance at the counter. Go to the solid fruit sign or the BIC Camera is about 10 minutes hotel lobby in 22F, good view, you can see the Tao Ku. Double room room is not big, closet small, bathroom is small, a desk, a coffee table, two chairs, no special place, neat degree OK.
Two bottles of water are attached each day. The front right side of the hotel door, B1 has a large super business, at 10.1 o ' clock is still open at night, easy bread bubble noodles are sold, at night hungry food will not be trouble, or left-side 100 meters or so 7-11, or even cross the Japanese currency.

Near Namba subway station, and the basement can be directly to the subway station, from the basement of a bend out, is a very large supermarket, eat cooked food, sushi, fruit, beverages, vegetables, bread, wine all have, very convenient!
In addition, there are many gourmet restaurant can choose, there are bakery, Chinese cuisine, octopus burning, Japanese cuisine and many other choices!
The entrance of the hotel is together with the Shanxi Art Museum, it is necessary to take the elevator to 22F to see the counter, and then switch to another housing elevator upstairs, the housing area from the 23 floor to the 31 floor are!
From the elevator to enter the housing area there is a card machine, must have a room card to enter the room area, security is not bad!
But the room is relatively small, a double bed, a wardrobe, plus a long desk and bathroom almost only left the aisle, but the bathroom has a bathtub can take a bath, is quite good!
There is no safe in the room, so take care of your valuables!
In addition, there is a small church on the same floor of the hotel counter, the day of Check-in just saw someone to hold the wedding, but the stranger not near! There are no open admission visits on weekdays Oh!

The only issue we had with our stay was the triple room was a bit small. The room seemed to be just a twin with an extra bed. The roll away bed was fine, very comfy, no problem there. But 3 adults with full size luggage made the room very cramped! Also not having a bedside table for the third bed was a little inconvenient. Despite this, we very much enjoyed our stay and it was the 3rd time staying at the hotel. I think that speaks for itself.

Unbeatable location. Very good service.

Went here on a date, was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful dining room, the view and the food — which was delicious. It was a good balance of cost and value. The merlot was excellent, as was the beef. The service was fast and responsive, although to be fair we had the place to ourselves. They were able to accommodate our allergies.

The hotel is conveniently close to direct bus access to and from two major airports. It is also within 5-10 minutes walking distance to many major shopping and dining areas. The hotel looked grand from the lobby. However, the room lacked lighting. It was one of the darkest hotel I’ve ever been. The room was also very dated and dirty in some corners. Internet was slow. Not a comfortable stay. The only advantage was the convenience to and from the airport.

Very comfortable and comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi and breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable also because it is next to the bus station to get to or from directly from either of Osaka's two airports. Good dining options within four steps. Reasonable price for what Japan is.

There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel, which can be connected to the subway, and there is also an underground street direct to Nanhai Electric Railway Namba Station, which is really very convenient and well worth the first choice for accommodation when you come to Osaka again.

We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there were many very good service staff. Hotel was located in a very convenient place too, close to JR and subways. Will definitely make this a hotel of choice for my next visit to Osaka.

The traffic is super convenient. It's not a problem to go anywhere. Subway shopping street. B1 has to drive to the 24 O ' clock supermarket. View is good … Rooms are also good. On booking in, great reception, extremely helpful, showed us to our room. Was small but normal for Japan, we upgraded next night to larger room, great decision. There must be 5, 000 restaurants in walking distance, no exaggeration. Shinsaebashi 5 minutes, Dotonbori 5 minutes, next to JR network. Underground shopping streets a phenomenal sight to visitors, 1, 000's of shops, restaurants. Airport bus ¥1, 050 per person best way to get here, stop at airport.

The hotel occupies the 22nd floor and above, so you'll always have those fantastic views.

Very Comfortable stay, friendly staff. The hotel also provides Osaka amazing pass selling and postcard mailing services. Close to JR Namba station and other nearby metro stations. A big supermarket located underneath hotel.

Great location, convenient and easy access to all kinds of transportation, right next to OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal). Having supermarket and stores on the B1 floor is a big advantage especially for late night snacks! Staffs are friendly and helpful; rooms are clean and nice; beds are comfortable. We all had a good sleep and enjoyed our stay for 4 nights… will return and stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere again when we visit next time.

This is the second time for us to stay in Grasmere Osaka. One thing for sure that made us coming back is the location. The perfect access from and to the airport just made everything easy. On top of the great location, the hotel room was very clean. We found that the staff were nice and very polite. Our room was a little bit small. I think we'd like to explore bigger ones on our next trip. Osaka was a great city. Lots of wonderful things to explore. Our stay in Grasmere just made our trip even better.

Great views from rooms. The rooms are sold as being chic English style, having plenty of experience with English hotels they do match up to an anonymous 3 / 4 star English hotel room, not chic. Oddly told I couldn't eat there the first night, despite the restaurant being very quiet, was allowed to the next night (I was keen to try it so persevered where I wouldn't normally) and was rewarded with excellent teppinyaki. Rooms well equipped with good size empty fridge and decent shower. Staff very friendly which turned what was going to be a three star review into a four star one.

Your concierge assistance was excellent, I was having difficulties with my flight tickets web-check in. I approached concierge on Wednesday morning. The personnel manning the concierge informed me is not possible after several attempts and to come back the next day for assistance, she also mentioned I can get help from the Front Desk after 7pm, to my surprise when I came back I was expecting to explain myself again to the Front Desk, I was impressed that the following information on my flight was handover to Front Desk and immediately they knew I was there for a specific request, again they tried unfortunately not possible and requested for me to come back again. During this time I was worried — I went about with the day tour the following day. When I came back to the hotel on Thursday night, there was a message from Front Desk informing me that concierge has called the JAL and request for my preference in seating arrangements which I briefly mentioned to the concierge lady I wanted to secure the seats that is the reason why I wanted to do my web check in earlier. I am pleased with the service, unfortunately I didn't get their names but I was pretty sure there was a few personnel involved in assisting me. Well done! I have stayed and traveled in the past I would say this hotel certainly has a 'wow' factor in terms of your team effort.

A very good hotel with a view of the citylife of Osaka. We selected this hotel purely because of its location next to the OCAT which would take us back to the airport conveniently.

Small rooms, reasonable breakfast restaurant, but surprised to find an English stone church on the 24th floor.

Really glad I found this hotel. It's located right outside the subway station, there's a big supermarket (complete with a bakery and boxed dinner aisles) in the basement. It is also only minutes away from Dotonbori (kind of the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants). Absolutely loved the convenience of the location. The rooms are decent sized for the price range and by Japan's standard. There's free Wi-Fi in the lobby as well as in the guest rooms. The front desk is also very helpful and courteous. Tip: you can buy stamps and mail postcards directly from the front desk, so you don't have to hunt down mailboxes and stamps — this turns out to be a service not all hotels provide.

My stay at this hotel was very enjoy is was right above Nanba station and down the road from Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi where I spent a lot of my time shopping and eating non-stop. The staff didn't really speak that much English but were very helpful when I asked for directions on how to get to Kyoto. The rooms can be quite small however their rates are very good for students or backpackers. There was a vending machine outside my room so I could get drinks and alcoholic drinks whenever I wanted. That was nice.

The hotel is ideally located near the city center. In addition, it is directly connected to JR Namba station, Namba Subway Station and the Osaka City Air Terminal (shuttle buses to the airports). The overall design is nice, English-style, with notably a replica chapel on the 22nd floor (reception). The staff is very helpful. Slippers and all the toiletries necessary is provided, as customary in the Japan. The view of Osaka (we were on the 29th) is simply beautiful!
In the negatives, the carpet in our room would have deserved a little refreshment.
In addition, only a string English (BBC World News) available.

Very clean, decent sized rooms in a good location with incredible views over the city. Weird European style going on there, which was pretty kookie but certainly not a bad thing.
