The room is clean n spacious. Equipped with Hob n washing machine as well as kitchen equipments.

You will not be dissapointed! Washing mashine. DVD player. Namba. Dotonbari etc etc.

Excellent for families. Washing machine. Very close to a large underground shopping centre, so ideal when it is really hot.

I didn’t love this place, mostly because there was no vibe or anything exciting or special about it. And because we’ve stayed at so many cute places before we got there. But since nothing was wrong and the service and location was great, plus I loved having a washer/dryer in the room, the steam Room in the fitness area and the location was amazing and the little Spanish bar attached to it was fun too. So 4 stars it is.

Cosy non-smoking room, with a kitchenette (dishes for cutlery, pots and kettle) and a washer-dryer. In the room was available a ' smartphone ' free to move around the city (I did not use it but the idea is useful). Staff always courteous and present at the reception. Breakfast agreement with two activities a few minutes away from the hotel. Definitely a hotel to return to, also for the proximity to the Metro, the train to the airport, the shopping avenues.

Great hotel located right next to Namba station. Very close to Dotonburi and other shopping malls, but not too close so that it was noisy for us. Rooms were clean and ideal for a long stay with the mini kitchen and combo washer/dryer. Staff was very friendly and helped us make reservations. Don Quixote is nearby if you need anything late night and open 24 hours a day. Need to use your room key to access the hotel if you're coming back late.

Great place to stay at if you are in the Osaka area with lots of room and appliances such as washer and stove, though the hotel does not offer shuttle service if you plan to the trains. Also keep in mind some of the rooms may smell of smoke.

Great hospitality. Prices for upgrades vary each time I ask. Got a 2 bedder room which is fantastic. Comes with a washer and dryer. Very comfortable even for the fussy. Highly recommended based on location too!

Great location and amazing staff. Check in was slightly long hut the staff was very patient to go through every details on the hotel and surrounding area. He told us it is the end of strawberry season and a 24hr supermarket is having some promotion. We took his advice and they were great price and delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend this location.

Slow but clear check in process. Staff are often busy but very helpful. Breakfast included is a simple western style breakfast. One bedroom suite is spacious by Japanese standards and includes washing machine with detergent, and air purifier.

1. Convenient location, kitchen equipment and washing machine is a bright spot, located on the edge of the viaduct, but sound insulation, the package will first help you carry to the room 2. The temperature of the indoor water heater is not high enough 3. The hair dryer should be replaced by 4. The TV doesn't have a big TV that's 40 inches above the picture.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. Rooms are like apartments, they have a kitchenette with knives and pots provided, a microwave, and a washer/dryer that has detergent for you. Bathroom and bed are really clean. Central location to Namba station and lots of food and shops.

2014/12 living a set of room feeling: the location is quite good, in the South China Sea Namba Station near the west side, the Midosuji line and other important routes of the main route is also near; very busy nearby, Nanhai Tong, Thousand Days pass, Shinsaibashi, black door market and Japan Bridge and so on are very good to stroll; space has more than 20 ping,
It is considered that individuals have lived in Japan for more than 20 of the largest, washing machines and self-catering, all kinds of equipment, Wi-Fi speed OK, bed and pillow comfort is good, breakfast is poor, the price is slightly higher. Conclusion: The CP value is good, it is suitable for long travel time, or like the apartment type hotel.

Room is new and big. Staff is helpful. Very convenient location. Too bad this hotel is getting more and more expensive. Otherwise this is the best hotel for me in Osaka.

I made my reservation online, with special request of double bed and early checkin. Within the same day, I received a response from Fraser. This is the only accomodation that has such prompt response, and with a good command of english, hence reducing the need for to-fro emails. I was served by Mr Yasushi Takada when I checked in. He speaks excellent english, explained things clearly and provided good advice on getting around. He is an exemplary example of great Japanese service etiquette. The room is great and I like it that the bed area has high ceiling and big windows. There is just one thing that made me uncomfortable and that is, the housekeeper after cleaning the room, left behind a smell that smells like some south Asia spice. Even though I on the air purifier for hours, the smell still lingers. I hope that Fraser residence understands that not everyone can tolerate the smell of spice. The room should be kept free of any pungent smell.

The location is very convenient, the Hanshin Namba car is next to it. The staff were very courteous, the rooms were clean and clean, with washing machines and cabinet rooms. Very satisfied.

Great spot, large apartment rooms, across department store and mall. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

We were booked into a 2x 1 bedroom deluxe by our agent for family of 3 adults and 3 children for a total of 5 nights. As the rooms were not next to each other, I find it hard trying to organise things with my children. So, when they gave me an opportunity to ‘upgrade’ to a 2 bedroom apartment with additional fee, I took it. The apartment was definitely much nicer and getting things done with the children were easier. All were good until the night falls and I’m ready for bed! I could clearly hear the car reversing signals, traffic lights blinking and also car horns at times. Needless to say, I couldn’t sleep the entire night and I still have 1 more time to go. My advice to anyone booking, DO NOT take room 305!

Convenient location next to Nankai Namba station. Room was comfortable, and the friendly staff were always willing to lend a helping hand.

Very well located and equipped with amenities in room. However, lukewarm front desk staff, horrible breakfast (the restaurant near the lobby), and very smelly room. I have never stayed at a hotel where the room had such a foul odor; the bathroom drain reeked of pee and the bed area smelled of body odor. I felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld. Even running the vent could not clear out the smell. Lucky for us we were only here one night.

Staff is very very helpful. Speak English considerably well. The location is just nice and the rooms are big and cosy. Definitely recommended.

Can't wait to stay here again. Great hotel that is super-convienient to Namba station and Namba Parks. Convienence store and local eateries just around the corner. Room was massive, with plenty of space, and the kitchenette/dining area was very useful if you're like us and like buying food and fruit from the japanese grocery stores. Malin+Goetz amenities were a nice touch. A perfect base for exploring Osaka and vicinity as it is.

With washer/dryer inside room and there are two bathrooms for 2-bedroom apartment. Very nice stay.

Near Namba Station, access to the airport, attractions, convenient transportation, a shortcut to the rise, heart-Zhai bridge to eat and stroll is also convenient, the hotel room has washing dryer, convenient cleaning, live here can not take too many clothes.

The room is bright and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, there is a kitchen laundry dryer, convenient location, very near the South China Sea Namba Station, near the store.

This place is amazing. The room was well appointed with everything we needed. The hotel is across the street from Namba station and there are several restaurants as well as a c-store just outside of the hotel entrance. The staff is top notch. Amazing customer service. I had mentioned to the staff that we were running late for a baseball game when we arrived and asked about how long did they think it would take us to get to Koshien stadium. The staff member checking us in thought about 15 to 20 minutes. We went upstairs and dropped off our bags and went back down to head to the station. When we got back to the lobby, the staff had printed out directions for us about which platform to go to and which was the most efficient entrance to use for Namba station. (Namba station is massive and has at least 30 entrances/exits). We will stay here again.

Convenient location just south of Namba station and right across the street from Namba Park. The staff there is generally awesome. They have good English proficiency. They are very helpful and attentive to details. Room condition is fair, fully furnished with a range, fridge, and even a washing / drying machine. Room size is considered "huge" comparing to nearby hotels. Value for money.

Had a great stay here with family. Suitable for family with young kids. Great location. Friendly staffs.

Love the location. Convenient. However the breakfast is a drag. Stayed for 6 days n the breakfast menu never changes. Can't even change the scramble eggs with hard boiled. Anyway. Love Japan too much to complain.

Hotel spotless, gym 24/24! Our room was a mini super well-equipped studio video and home appliances. Fair price for the neighborhood and nearby public transit (for Kansai Airport).

Service is exceptional. Located right near public transport. Located near so much shopping and good. Staff has all the details required to do day trips to various locations near osaka.

Location, spacious rooms, reasonable prices, the environment is clean, staff is very polite and friendly. Only downside is the breakfast, breakfast is too simple, but there are many restaurants nearby, eat a lot of things. Hotels close to Namba station, only a few minutes walk from the. Hotel air conditioning is very good.

Love this place. Came back here for all my trip to Osaka. Lovely apartment, friendly staff and superb location with good transport accessibility. Why stay in a hotel, if you can enjoy the full facilities of an apartment for the same cost.

This apart/hotel is in an outstanding location. The quality of the rooms and the cleaning were excellent. I would highly recommend using this as a base to explore Osaka, using the excellent transport links located in Namba station. The Namba parks shopping and entertainment complex is excellent, and there is much to explore in the immediate area. Unexpected facilities such as a small kitchen and washing machine were of high quality and very useful. The effective air condition was put to good use during our stay as it was particularly hot in Osaka! The room itself was very well laid out, spacious, clean and modern. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and crisp clean. I very much enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it for its value, location, and excellent service. I do not recommend having the breakfast at the Spanish style restaurant connected to the hotel unless you just want a tiny little bite to start the day. There are much more interesting places to have breakfast to be found in Osaka! :) Overall, a great place to stay.
