Great Location, room clean and comfortable.

Very convenient. Altho the lobby doesn’t look very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean and enough for a normal trip.

The room is big! The location of the hotel is in a shopping district. This means you don’t really need to worry about food. There are convenient exits to the subway/JR station/airport train service. For shoppers, Takashimaya and IOIO is just at your doorstep. I had a very good experience staying at Namba Oriental Hotel! Will definitely come back when I am visiting Osaka.

I have stayed in this hotel twice on 2 separate occasions. This hotel will be on my short list because of the proximity to the train station and proximity to Dotonbori. I would skip the breakfast option and just look for food outside the hotel. Cleanliness is about average but the location is really convenient.

Awesome breakfast buffet with yummy potetos, eggs, and fresh ground coffee beans for coffee. Beds sucked! I think cement is softer then their beds. Cute rooms, horrible views, great showers and tub.

There are many railway/subway lines nearby, and the transportation is very convenient.
Take the Nanhai electric rail from Kansai Airport direct to the hotel near Namba station. Shopping is everything. Also close by are large department stores to small shops. There is also a 24-hour security (thousands of days) away from the hotel no more than 150 meters.
The 24-hour convenience store is right in front of the hotel. Nearby restaurants Choose a lot, slewing sushi, barbecue/kebab, Western food, and food, ramen noodles, izakaya, hamburgers …
Some are open 24 hours a half.
The general rooms are spacious, 23 square metres, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom for bathing.
In particular, the hotel offers a smart phone for guests to have free internet access outside the hotel and free local and international calls. The only shortcoming is that this hotel does not offer ramen tong. In addition, the room does not provide pinch million.

Location is super convenient, Nanhai Electric Railway Namba station out, across the road line into thousands of days to, the whole journey is only about 5 minutes, to the side are very convenient.
Front desk staff cordial, high level of English, good communication, is very helpful.
The center of the hotel has a garden pool, in Namba City center is really valuable, it feels empty and pleasant. Room is larger than the average Japanese hotel, double Room 2 wide single bed and comb meal a few, food shop neatly clean, towel white clean, toilet bathtub big enough to be completely 瞓 low do not bend your knees.

Excellent location to go for dinner, shopping and where the leisure areas abound. Perfect for airport transfer. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room can not be put a but, it has everything and comes very equipped. It will make you feel almost at home. Excellent!

Service was good. Location is awesome. The only downside was that it smelt like smoke in some areas.

Before travel or travel food often go to sleep in the hotel, although the price is much higher than before, but the comfort of the room, the convenience of transportation and nearby food and other living environment of the enrichment, let me not hesitate to go again. It is 7 stops from Shin-Osaka JR Station and a bit of a distance from the metro station. But once you get there, you're surrounded by a lot of food, shopping, and social spots. The reception was friendly and helpful, and provided prompt assistance with our dining reservation at a local restaurant.

Rooms are large, there are collection packages, the location is very good, just next to the BIC camera, downstairs there are shops open to 11 points, a lot of good restaurants nearby, some even 24 hours open. The perfect choice when you come to Osaka.

As far I can tell hotel didn't have a real bar but has a few restaurants and bars in the same building. Local food plus Italian and English bar food. Personally I like they hub — English pub there with great snacks and cheap drinks.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. There's a Lawson's right next to the place if you're the type that likes to have groceries in the room.

Nice personnel. Good situation. The room was clean. The bigger reproach is when it you have a triple room, not enough space, as beds are all close from each other, and access to table and chairs is really limited.

Location is excellent. Directly on the shopping street. Room is spacy and clean. The air-conditioning unit on the outside is loud and can be heard from in the room (4th floor).

Reasonable priced private rooms in a good location. Smoke from the pachinko and slot parlors downstairs seeps into the lobby and eating area, though. Some rooms could use fresh decor (carpet especially). All in all, great deal for a location close to Dotonburi.

The location is so good, outside hotel are full of restaurant that open till 1AM, theres a supermarket that sell drug beside the hotel, and lawson too.

Great location and superior service. Right on a main subway station and attached to an upscale department store. Rooms are a bit dated but everything was great.

I would strongly recommend this hotel we stayed in a non smoking room and it was quite large in Japanese standards even had a small lounge chair by the window and the bathroom looked recently renovated and was big enough that you don't have to be a yoga master to pull ya pants back up it's easy to find and is in a great location if we ever come back to Osaka this will be where we stay thanks to all the kind and helpful staff.

Very beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. There is a very nice courtyard in the center of the hotel that is great for enjoying food, the outdoors, or the company of others. The continental breakfast was amazing! I was only here for a short time but it was well worth it.

The room where really clean with nice atmosphere and comfortable bed. The personal where nice ​and friendly and they speak English. The hotel is located close to the train station with allot of nice restaurants nearby.

Renovated structure and are on the 20th anniversary.
Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in at 3pm. 00 But the luggage can be left quietly.

Location location location. Rooms are large, clean and lots of power plugs. Almost in the heart of Namba (I'd say the beginning strip) so it was a perfect location to just come down and eat, shop, sightsee a bunch of people.

Nice hotel in a busy neighborhood. Good rooms with a view. Don't be fooled by the "Irish pub" though. Nobody speaks English. You have to order like in every other restaurant by pointing to the menu items.
