A well furnished and clean modern hotel a short walk from Yodoyabashi station. Conveniently located near many amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially for tourist who do not speak Japanese. Would definitely stay again.

Book a small breakfast-inclusive accommodation on the hotel's website, but when you use breakfast, you are told that the amount paid for at the time does not include breakfast for children (six years old) and that breakfast is extra charged, which is not clearly stated on the booking website, so families with six-year-olds need to be aware of this.

Good location — one building away from subway. Beds were comfortable. Twin room had sufficient space for opening luggages on the floor. Service was good. Staff were able to communicate in English.

The room is very new, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom can be bath, but the air-conditioning system is always maintained at 28 degrees, how to set can not be changed. Breakfast is good, very traditional Japanese breakfast, near the supermarket, subway station convenient access and convenient transportation.

It's a good hotel, but nothing outstanding. Located in the middle of the business district in Osaka, it's surrounded by a few convenient places (a couple of convenience stores, a Starbucks, a few Japanese-style bars), but that's about it.

Just like other hotels of UNIZO group, bright lobby, helpful staff, nice location, and comfortable room. Couldn't ask more within it's price.

立地はとても良い、地下鉄駅まで徒歩数十秒。また、同圏内にコンビニ、スーパー (平日10時まで営業) があり、飲食店は少ないが宿泊時に飲食に不自由することはないだろう。 レストランもホテル内にあるようで、利用はしていないが、メニューを見たところ思っていたよりはリーズナブルで、使っても良かったかもしれない。 部屋は可もなく不可もなくといったところで、至って普通といった印象 小汚くはないので決して悪印象ではない 風呂が価格帯を考えると広く、ここはとても満足している。 サービスも特に問題なく、価格に対する及第点はすべて満たしているのではないだろうか

Super good. Quiet room, super convenient location, the room is small but very clean, if just want to have a good physical recovery of the room, the hotel is the best.

Comfortable, about 20 meters from exit 12th of Gotemba Bridge station, quiet at night, breakfast is very simple.

The hotel has a convenience store right next door and a Tully's Coffee and a Starbucks a 5 minute walk away at the nearby Odona Mall However there are literally no food options. Fortunately there is a subway exit literally steps away so you can head some place else for lunch / dinner. A super boring location for a hotel and the vending machines are terribly stocked. Trust me there are much better choices than this one to stay at in Osaka.

Stayed 2 nights for exploring around Osaka. Convinient location, 1 min walk from Exit 12 of Yodoyabashi station. One stop from Umeda and three stops from Namba. Kohyo super market is just next to the hotel in case you need some quick bite. Room was small as usual Japanese hotel. But room smell abit funny whenever I came back from the long trip at the end of the day. All the rest was fine considering the very reasonable price.

Pretty good, rooms are not bad by Japan standards, staff very helpful and welcoming although not all fluent English speakers. Very clean and comfortable. Good location.

Although room is small, it is clean and tidy. The location is convenient.

The hotel description as advertised is accurate. Located right beside the Yodoyabashi Station on Midosuji line (exit 12), it is extremely convenient for travellers that are staying at Osaka for leisure purposes (2 stops away from Shinsaibashi, 3 stops Namba where dotombori is, and also the Kansai express for access towards airport). There is also a supermarket just a stone throw away from the entrance of hotel. And also restaurants about 200metres walking distance away. Hotel room, bed and toilet is clean and cleaning was done thoroughly too.

Hotel is for business people. Very clean Room are quite small and cramped. Convenient location just next to supermarket and subway station.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to Yodoyabashi station. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There's a convenience store is right across the street.

I had a nice stay, but the view was into an office.
