Great value for this place. Rooms are small but for the price, this is worth the stay. Hotel has better than average amenities. Shampoo and conditioner are better than the typical hotel. Plus, the public bath is very nice and large. I had the whole place to myself.

Good location and facilities. The neighbourhood is very nice.

General hotel equipment. The room area is extremely narrow, some staff are polite, the hotel has a hot spring bath, plus points.

Good hotel for overnight stay of no more than 4 days in Osaka. The rooms. Xon's French bed are quite small (not that the others are larger). The narrowness of the room makes it likely to be difficult to clean. Generally well cleaned but a little too much dust in the room.

SPA is very good, but little bit narrow bathtab.

This is a restaurant suitable for the tolerance. Just 7-11 across the street, nothing else.
Finished the Universal Studios, want to say back to eat near the hotel, the result I still eat 7-11 below is what I saw as a hotel counter staff.
There is an unprofessional place in the counter that needs to be strengthened.
1, message letter should be a fortress into the door, can not be placed at the door. 2, when I was pretty sure that my ticket was in the public area of the hotel, the other person showed up (your face) and immediately said you didn't see it. I also need to remind the public area cleaning staff.

Not much English, small rooms, good value, good brekkie.

Small but it's so comfort to stay here. Their stafffs also very kind even cannot speak English well.

部屋は狭いが清潔感があり、ベッドの質もよいので、居心地としては悪くない。APA系に泊まったのは二回目だったが、どちらも同じ印象。個人的には外せない大浴場もあり、快適にすごせた。朝食も、品数がやや少ないが、味はビジネスホテルとしては、満足いくレベル。 これで8000円くらいなら高評価だか、11000円での宿泊だと高いかなという印象。某ルートの割引きあったので泊まれたが、素のレートだと再訪は厳しいな。

There is big share bath. You can go some major subway stations.

Decent location. Rooms are modern but are smaller than usual Japanese rooms. Nothing too special about the place, but it does get the job done. The staff is very friendly, and are more than willing to put up with your bad Japanese.

Since the hotel is located at CBD, receptionists are not quite good in english, they are less flexibility to handle bookings via multiple online agencies, hence they spent 0.5 hrs to find out how to complete the check-in process. the female post-hot spring area is way too small and makes it so crowded anytime during open hours. the hotel also makes a new definition to small room > The Hobbit room however their b'fast buffet tastes good and has great variety.

The location is a little far away from major attractions. Room was clean but very, very small. Staff are great and speak English well.

Out of the three APA chain if hotels I stayed at when I went on vacation I would definitely rank this hotel as the best one. Staff was really friendly, rooms were newer, cleaner and bigger. Being away from namba station makes it cheaper but very close to the subway which takes you to namba station. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Small room but nice room. This time bathroom little bt smelly, that was not good. Public bath was ok.

Like most hotel rooms in Japan, small but is close to the train station within 5 minutes on foot. There's a sauna in the basement, but you're not allowed in if you have tattoos.

Good hotel in an area very convenient to Osaka. This next to the metro station. In front of the hotel there is a shop 7i. Rooms modern and a little more spacious than the standard japanese.
