By far one of the highlights of our month-long trip to Japan. Amazing place, cozy, warm, authentic, historical and peaceful.
The hosts were incredible, they taught us about the town and the house, explained about Japanese traditions and were very accommodating with the fact that I’m vegetarian. They prepared an amazing (vegetarian friendly) dinner and breakfast!
It is a must place to stay :)

Staying with Hiro and Yuki at their homestay was a highlight of our trip. They were such generous and kind hosts and took great care of us. Their home is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful and lovely.

Our host very kindly picked us up from the station. A wonderful little Ryokan, very traditional. We chose to have dinner there and the meal was enormous and very tasty. Make sure you like sashimi, tempura and seafood. Beautiful presentation and our hosts were very friendly, polite and patient with our minimal Japanese. Sleeping was comfortable and warm too. I would definitely reccommend to anyone.
