One of the few hotels in Yokohama that has balconies from which to enjoy the gorgeous view of Yokohama Bay and the waterfront. Room is very well-appointed. Convenient location only a block from the subway/train.

Meetup with a friend at the hotel lobby. Cosy, warm feel and service staff is polite and nice. Easy access to the mall next to it and well connected (sheltered) to the train station.

Gorgeous spacious rooms. Lovely balconies. Request a room facing the waterfront to the southeast looking at the brick warehouses and waterfront walk. Above a mall, attached to subway station. There are a few other very nice hotels in Yokohama but none with balconies as great as these. Our first choice in Yokohama.

The Club floors are great. Good service and good views of Yokohama harbour.

Room was huge, and had an amazing view of the bay. We were upgraded to the 23rd floor, no extra charge. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

It's pretty good here. No gym but close to the subway station. The view is also pretty good.

It's a great hotel, with a great place, in a great location. Next to it are several shopping malls (Mark's Yokohama, Queen's Square that even has a Shake Shack! ) that have plenty of amazing shops to see, and in front is Minatomirai, including the majestic Cosmo Clock 21. My room included a balcony looking towards the bay that made all my nights memorable. Great place for a romantic getaway.

A four star hotel with comfortable room and warm hospitality. Situated next to Yokohama Bay, the hotel houses great view from various angles.

We had a problem when we tried to book 5 days, and had to book twice. When I complained to the manager they have allowed us to stay in the same room for our stay. Apart from that clitch, wonderful place to stay, and the breakfast will last you all day!

Great view of Minato Mirai and Tokyo Bay from the corner room and the bath room too, fast check-in if you book room on Bay Club Floor. Good breakfast with great bread selection from Maison Kayser. You can order omelette too from the staff if you want. Don't forget to visit Yokohama Chinatown, Yamashita Park and Hikawamaru Boat if you got time.

よこはまコスモワールドの目の前に建っており、みなとみらい駅直結なので、交通の便が良い。 カフェトスカを利用したが、旬の食材を使っていたり、デザートも豊富で良かった。、

みなとみらい駅至近で、足の悪い母も楽にアクセスできました。サービスは非常に良いと思います。

Good space for holding a reception with excellent service and polite staff. Coat and bag service was a relief!

Bay Club Room with executive longue. Cosy small longue with superb surounding sea view scenic and friendly staffs is a plus! with light snacks and nice alcohol served after 17:30, kinda relax and enjoyable place to hang out! Cocktail time 17:30 till 20:00 Night Cap 20:00 till 21:30 Why 2 sessions for alcohol? 1st session… moderate drink 2nd session… get drunk :'D Authentic Japanese Westernized Hotel. (An origami for my daughter?! Touching! Keep up the good work! love it and definitely will come back.

Its a great place, it sure has some of the nice views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Overall experience was nice.

Very very nice view hotel, thank you very much for the reservation manager (takaaki shiraishi) arranged for the cake and fruit to celebrate our anniversary, althought it is late and finally wish you good health ^^^

I went to their Jack's Bar. Which was very vey good. Their selection of whiskey was very good and the ambiance is also very good. Ita not an informal bar kind of formal ambiance and place with good selection of alcholic beverages and appropriate food selection. In Yokohama that's a must visit is someone enjoys whiskey.

Very friendly staff and always try to help and they speak english too, Great location, attached to a shopping mall and a roller-coaster is accross the street.

Nice clean rooms, great location, and if you're lucky, a great view of the ferris wheel at night.

Seems outdated but service is great because it is in japan. Amenities are great and seems caring.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Rooms is well maintained and have a very nice park view. Very close to few shopping mall. I truly believe that I will stay again if I go to yokohama in next time.

As an yearly visitor to this hotel, always I have been feeling a constant warm service from all the hotel employees. The room was clean and perfect as 5 star hotel. The balcony was great to feel the air of Yokohama bay. The hotel connects to the shopping and dinning hot spot. The only defect was always I had to wait in a cue to eat even small dishes. Many hot dinning places were in the shopping center. I would say everything was more than satisfactory in this hotel.

Exellent quality, food and service. Loved the breakfast on the water.

American style food. Tasty and generous with portions. A little bit too pricey. 4 out of 5 stars.
