The staff are not friendly and do not understand English because they do not speak English well. Computers are not used in the lobby because only business centers are available to members I had to print something important so asked, but was denied "Firmly" Breakfast is extra 3000 yen, but there is nothing to eat. The sauce is salty, the food is simple, and the variety is not wide. The worst hotel service I have experienced in Japan. It is also the first time in 3-star hotel.
Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable stay.
