Room is little bit small but you will get all necessary thing in this small place. Highest quality of service available from front desk. You may borrow necessary things like plug / socket converter from front desk.

Pretty average hotel experience, bonus points for convenient location (right across the street from Sakuragicho station) and the 7-11 on the first floor. Bed was a bit hard for my taste and there was only one outlet in the room. Water pressure in the shower was pretty bad.

Seems to be a hotel for business worker. Rooms are VERY small but hotel is at a convenient location. Located near Sakuragicho station and near bus station. Take the bus directly to Chinatown or Yamashita park. If you are lucky you will have ocean view room and enjoy the view of the Ferris wheel. Located near 3x 100yen stores all within walking distance. Also near lots of restaurants and shopping centers.

One of my favorite places stay when on a business trip to Tokyo or Yokohama. Nice location to the Yokohama Bay and just a stop from Yokohama Station.

Always favourite because less than one minute to JR Negise line. There are several places around on in the same building for lunch and dinner. Staff is good. Rooms are good too. Clean and feel new. Breakfast is good compared to other business hotels. View from the room are good if you get river side. There is free membership card and you can have free soft drinks water bottle and some time wine with finger food from 8pm to 10pm. I would recommend hotel to have normal wine not only rose and also beer can or draft beer. Everything else is great. One of the reason to choose this hotel.

The hotel is located near the train station and is in the center of Yokohama's tourist spots. It's a Japanese hotel so the rooms are smaller, most rooms are around 200 square foot. So it's bathroom and bed, I didn't have any place to open my luggage. But room price is affordable. There are no room service, there are plenty of restaurants in the building. The Wi-Fi speed is ok, enough to steam Netflix at medium resolution. They don't have a fitness center or gym so it can get annoying if you're in the mood to workout. The bed is fairly comfortable. They have a small desk, water pot, little stove, TV with CNN in English, and refrigerator. Their night gown looks like something out of the 1950's. Overall if I had to stay here, it would have to be shorter then a week. I would recommend this hotel if someone dislikes walking, you can reach the train station from the second floor next to Starbucks and Walk across the bridge. Location is prime.

Location is great and has english speaking staff. The hotel is a basic buisness hotel. Look to stay somewhere else if your booking for more then one day. Biggest complaint is no control over the room temperature. The whole hotel runs off central AC. Most of the time the hotel room was warm borderline hot.

Best location for crawling around this Sakuragi cho area.

Most speak some English here which is nice. I forgot my key card in the room twice and they promptly replaced them for me quickly.

Rooms are so small and not clean. The bathroom is sooooo small. The location is great, near the station. And good for your shopping and to have a night out.

Very basic and small room. Non-smoking rooms not available during my stay. No safe in room. Limited English speaking staff.

Small rooms, clean, handy for local shops and restaurants. Breakfast below average for western standards. Bathroom is small but good. Amazing views on east side of hotel. Staff are helpful, but struggle with English. Our stay was trouble free and would stay again.

Decent hotel. Small by american standards, but sufficient. Smoking rooms are hit or miss on how bad the smell is. Breakfast is very good with ample choices. Bed is stiff and can be uncomfortable if you're not used to that. Staff is friendly and speaks enough english to understand.

The location is perfect, right outside the train station and near a lot of shops and malls. The rooms are a bit small but they've got everything we need. And the service was ok, considering that the person that we talked to at the counter didnt speak english very well.

Great location. Many restaurants in the hotel and within a 10min walk. Train station is across the street. Wifi is not so great. Rooms are a little small but ok.

Small but cozy rooms, very quiet, nice view of the bay. Breakfast is wonderful.

Stands next to bay area, from one side its has wonderful view from hotel. You need to make sure you get a room on higher floor and sea facing. Good and friendly staff, next to JR sakuragicho station, so you dont have to walk much to reach here. Evening go down and walk around, its wonderful place. Please note that its good Japanese standard hotel.

Comfortable stay. Great location if you are coming for business or shopping. Minato Mirai business district is at a stone throw away. Courteous staff. I had a wonderful time. Prefer the bayside viewing rooms.

Very good hotel with a great view. In the middle of everything in Yokohama. Very customer friendly.

Poor service very small rooms.

Great hotel. Clean and well located. Ask for help to locate because by car the streets can be a maze. Free Wi-Fi in the room. Automated check out. Parking can be expensive but they give you a discount using near by parking. Otherwise 500¥ p/hour.

This was the second time we stayed here. There will definitely be a third time.

On arrival I asked for a non-smoking room but to tell them there were none — in a hotel of 23 floors with hundreds of rooms?
One day I needed a receipt for breakfast but there was no way to have it, and the problem was definitely not the language.
At the start I asked to return 2 breakfast vouchers — paid well 1500 Yen each. In advance and unused due to unforeseen — and they started off by saying that they do not reimburse. When I asked to have at least one credit for dinner, the answer was no.
Finally, the breakfast is always the same and certainly not worth the 1, 500 Yen.
Definitely there are better places in Yokohama and I will not return to this Hotel.
