Decent accommodation near Kyoto station. Easy to get around near the hotel. There is a bus ticket station, tour package shop, convenience store and Avanti shopping mall with lots of food and shopping choices. Great underground links to all subways and train to various places in Kansai regions. Room size is not fantastic though. Service is excellent.

Rooms are a bit small but better than the Japanese standard. There are smoking rooms for those interested. Recommended especially if you find offers on the various booking sites.

Hotel was a very nice place to stay and was exactly what the picture had showed. Rooms are small but nice (the usual) and breakfast was delightful. Went with a group which was fun and the area around it was nice. Also the building was also part of a mall which was convenient for food, clothing, misc, etc.

Very clean and tidy great location. Down side Wi-Fi is lacking. Have to stand in front doorway to get connection so kinda frustrating.

Perfect service on check in and check out. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere at club lounge is very nice. Everything is very clean and quite. Also lunch is recommended. Breakfast have a lot of selection. Asian and western food. Recommended for business trip and conference. Just 1 minute to bus stop for airport bus to KIX. Just 5 minutes walk to Kyoto station.

Crossing over kyoto station Simple hotel Not too spacious U can buy food or shop on avanti department store, just on the B1 floor. It was very useful. Just 400 m walk to aeon mall. Limo bus shelter just in front of the hotel. Convenience store just next to the hotel.

Good room and facilities, but the pillows were too soft for me, and the room got really hot and stuffy at night despite it being cool outside, and the air-conditioning didn't appear to do anything at all.

The service is good, the family is very attentive and the children's slippers and pajamas are ready. However, the most important thing is: if you have a child or a pile of luggage, back and forth Kansai Airport can take a bus, and then choose this hotel, because this hotel is 20 meters behind the airport bus, from the airport to check in immediately, to the airport, the ticket mouth is next door! You can satisfy a shopaholic who doesn't want to drag your luggage up and down the train to find a way or buy a whole bunch of stuff.

Hotel location couldn't be better. Kyoto station is just across the road. Airport bus also stops here. Department stores are near by. There is a corridor at hotel B1 lead you to the station, you don't need to worry even if it rains. The only disadvantage is there is no view from our room window. Ask the hotel to allocate a higher floor will make your stay more pleasant.

As I travel with family and young children (under 5yo), me and my family prefer to choose a hotel near MRT station, and this one was. Right next to a mall as well made us easy to find food and souvenirs. The room was big enough for in Japan, bathroom was spacious too with a modern japan style, and the amenities all provided. Service also great, great, great. If you want to have a laundry, just do it yourself in laundry room. I really would love to come here again in Kyoto.

Room and decorations are still new and absolutely clean. Also very close to transportation both train and bus. I will come back again.

Hotel next to Kyoto Station. There's an underpass connecting him. There is quite a mess all day as there is a shop on the ground floor and a bus stop to the airport very busy. A lot of fuss also in the hotel, although say that most of the noisy ones were Chinese. Rooms maybe larger than the average in Japan.

Conveniently located next five minutes from Kyoto Station, this hotel provides ample room for its guests. There is no complimentary breakfast, but guests can purchase a voucher for 2, 300 yen. The front desk also sells all day bus tickets that have routes all through Kyoto. Overall, a very great guest experience.

The bar was not open while I was there. Though it didn't matter because my family and I went to an izakaiya instead. Great location and clean rooms!

I have just got special memory at here. Met with my father on our way home from both work and he chose me so fancy coat at nice Butique ABISTE on the second floor after his meeting with his colleagues. I relieved actually because I was worrying that he almost forgot my birthday. Thank you for nice place and I love you dad✨

Very nice and attentive staff, rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of fresh food. No gym. Great location for travelling to other parts of kyoto by train or bus, but not much happening around the hotel for travelers, more local/commuter/business bars and restaurants.

京都駅から隣のショッピングモールまで地下で繋がっていたので台風の日でも濡れずに行けました。 部屋はよくあるホテルですが、清潔感があり居心地は良かったです。近くにコンビニがあって便利です。 エレベーター前には化粧水など女性には優しいサービスも！

We stayed 5 nights. Great location, just in front of the train station, lots of shopping and eating opportunitties. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was just a bit small for 3 adults for a long stay. Breakfast is rather expensive.

We stayed in one of the superior rooms and it was really nice. You have everything you need. It's all very clean and seems new. Great views as well.

Great getaway location for exploring Kyoto. Very convenient to the train station and bus terminal. Great shopping opportunities for tourists and gorgeous views of the area. Rooms needed some detail and fine tuning. Services were excellent though. Very accomodating.

Good value hotel next to Kyoto station. Only stayed one night so can't comment in detail. Stayed in a twin room as a couple with a three year old son, and it worked well. Superior rooms have a nice view, bigger windows, and toilet and bath are very good. Staff were helpful. Connection to the station is useful, and there are plenty of eateries nearby.

Nice, clean, comfortable and location.

We stayed in a double bedroom which was equipped with a kitchen, washing facilities and an excellent shower. The hotel also offers much cheaper rooms with shared bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the attached cafe was rather poor, though.

Rude staff. Very small rooms with a lot of steps, even compare to other hotels in the region. Not much in the immediate area. Ok if you want to be close to the main train station.

We had some issues with our reservation at another hotel, but Hotel Keihan was very accommodating. They found us a room right away and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The amenities are wonderful, and it's located right next to the station.

There is a bus terminal from which limousine bus run to the Kansai airport. The fare to the airport is 2, 550 yen.

Handy location. Friendly staff. Breaky is decent so book it with the room. Only thing to watch is they couldn't process prepaid mastercard so we had to go get cash. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building is handy too.

The hotel is right on top of the station tunnel, so is very convenient. The breakfast is very good too, you get to choose western or japanese style. Both are very good. The rooms are clean and nice too.
