The hotel is clean, the bed and pillow are comfortable. But a pity we can't go the hot spring. The road distance quite long. Night time come back to the hotel the road is very quiet but nearby have 7eleven if you are hungry u can go inside.

Indoor environment is clean and comfortable, but the hot spring water of public hot springs is not a natural hot spring but a common feeling of hot water. There are 7-11 convenience stores nearby, about 3 minutes ' walk away, and about 6 minutes to JR station.

Great price for an amazing brand new hotel like this. Good staff with very nice facilities. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable as it dropped out couple times, but always at good speed.
Breakfast is only until 9:30am. Would be nice to have it until 10am at least.

Very central, close to train station. Clean rooms. Very helpful staff with enough English to help with any enquiries. 7 eleven on the corner street, terrific sandwiches if you've had enough sushi. Breakfast mainly Japanese style but sufficient. Only English speaking TV channel CNN. We enjoyed our stay. .

Nice and clean. The employees also very polite. This place provides free sento (indoor onsen). Also had coin laundry.

This in a quiet area near the train station, has parking for bikes, that is the best way to discover kyoto, the service very friendly, the facilities very good, no doubt come back to sleep, 100% recommended.

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, something that is not common in most hotels in Japan. It is located 3 blocks from the train station. While at night it is a little lonely and dark just enough to be a few days in the city to realize that it is very safe. The breakfast is excellent as well as the attention. Being close to the station is ideal for touring the nearby area or cities and returning at night.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very comfortable. Room inside the air conditioning is stable and comfortable, water pressure is enough, the temperature is stable, bath is very comfortable. Near to Kyoto station, convenient transportation. There are many books about Kyoto in the reading area, three computers can surf the internet, and it is no problem to play the phonetic symbols. The breakfast was great and the food was very good. Well worth living.

Excellent customer service but again their English is quite poor. They have free computers and printer to browse if you need to check-in your flights and print them. They have separate men's and women sauna which they get into naked. Hotel is very close (about 7 minutes) walk to Kyoto main station. It also close to two 7eleven shops for all your ATM, drinks and food.

Great hotel, short walk from Kyoto Station. Has a decent breakfast spread (paid) and public sauna. Rooms are small like all Japanese hotels. Nice and clean, friendly staff, etc. Not much to say.

Well located only a short walk from Kyoto station and close to busses and other train routes to ensure you can easily get to most of what Kyoto has to offer. Staff were lovely, very helpful with questions we had and the rooms were clean if small but no more than you'd expect. The public baths are great, functional rather than overly decorative but clean and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay here.

Located 10 minutes walk away from Kyoto station, this hotel is very convenient. They have a bathhouse within the hotel that is very relaxing. Staff is attentive and speak some English. Room is small and cozy. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Kyoto!

Fantastic, clean, small room but very comfortable Hotel that is very close to the Jr station. I highly recommend this to Japanese tourists who are getting around by JR Rail Pass.

Awesome! The room has a nice arquitecture, the bed is good (I would change the pillows though) and the staff speaks good English. There is an onsen (public japanese bath) inside that is very nice! Just 5 min walk from Kyoto station.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were plenty big for kyoto and nice and clean as you'd expect. Easy check in and out for English speakers the front desk was pretty much fluent.

Nice experience for the price. Room is a bit small but good value. The Japanese public bath (sento) is lovely as are the other facilities.
