It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the railway station. The price is cheap and the room is clean. There are not many shops nearby.

Friendly staff. Bit overpriced. Minimum, but yummy breakfast.

Good customer service, good Wi-Fi, 20 minutes walk from the temple of the doors but very far from the central station of Kyoto. Bad situation. Remote location, little choice of dishes were not traditional japanese and a family mart across the street saved us-based sandwiches and fruit. If you are going to travel to Kyoto not vayais to that hotel, go to the center.

Great hotel for visiting from out of country. They supply you with a phone to use maps to find your way around without roaming fees.

Comfortable modern hotel close to Nijo Castle.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
But the room was a little too small and it was a little difficult to open the trunk.
There are several subway stations in the annex, but there are some distances. The CP value is not too high when you combine all the conditions with the price.

Nice hotel, good facilities nice staff. Has a pool and spa. You also get use of an android smartphone with the room. Well located for train and subway etc.

Small, but incredibly clean rooms. The bathroom feels like the bathroom from an RV. Breakfast simple, but good. Very fine customer service. Fine for one or two nights.

Far from urban. Close to Fushimi-inari temple.

Beautiful ladies and Friendly customer service, room might be slightly small but overall neat, clean, and complete with basic needs. Nearby have family mart and bread store. About 5 — 10 minutes walk from fukakusa station, and 5 — 10 minutes walk down the road for meal. Night is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Rooms are bigger compares ti standard japanese hotel. The Place is clean.

The airco wasn't always an airco, most of the time it was just climate control that was set too warm for sleeping. The staff was nice but for a hotel I expected better English. Rooms are small but that's normal here. Pretty clean and the bathroom is okay. I wish they had a place so you could unpack. You will be living out of your suitcase.

Not the best location in terms of access to public transportation and being central to the city highlights for foreigners. The hotel itself is perfectly fine: clean, safe, friendly, good Wi-Fi.

Friendly stuff, nice restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms, would go back anytime, it well worth the price. We really needed to use the map to find, and you have to walk a bit from the train station to get there.

I stayed here while my wife was in the hospital. It's a business class hotel, so it isn't big on frills, but it does cover the necessities. A double bed, viking breakfast vouchers (all u can eat), and private baths. Shared laundry available. Don't expect the staff to be able to speak English. They had English trained staff, when I stayed there but they are really shy and you have to coax it out of them. They are better at listening and answering questions phrased in the yes or no format.
