Guesthouse

Relaxed atmosphere, clean room, shared bathroom and shared toilet. Very helpful staff, know english very well. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants are around. Not so close to the heritages. But if you want to have nice walk, its perfect. Nice calm city, not so rush as many as other Japan cities.

Good value. Private room. Clean and quiet. Very nice staff. Nice community.

Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. They had an English travel book about Kamakura. There are 2 bikes you can use. I do feel 2 bikes are too few and they need a fix up. They do have Jacuzzi but in front of the front door it said it cost 1.500 Yen to use it. The sign also said that the BBQ costs money to use it. Not sure if these prices only count for none guests or for all. Rooms are indeed small and you can hear your neighbour snore.

We spent one night. Double room was small but enough for two people. Bed confortable. Staff was nice. Place is OK for the price payed. Recommend.

Great stay. I recommend this place. The owner was super sweet and very accommodating, even after I had checked out!

Convenient location near Yuigahama beach in a quiet residential area, with staff that speaks good English. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, as well as the shower and other amenities. Stayed in a private room with a new air conditioner. Showers and toilets were shared but this wasn't an issue.

Although the room I stayed in (bunk beds for 2 guests) was fairly tiny, I would definitely recommend this place. Being a guesthouse, rather than a hotel, guests are more keen to mingle with each other in the common area, therefore creating a very home-like atmosphere. Yoko, the manager-on-call, was very friendly and helpful towards all her guests and was very accommodating toward my requests.

It's perfect for a hostel and the people are nice the first day the Wi-Fi didn't work but that got fixed on the same day.

Booked the dormitory here by chance, loved the vibe, would definitely recommend.

In the unforming it is omitted that the bathroom is shared with a lot of people. You are invited to reserve ensuring that the charged will be made in the accommodation and nonetheless considered a non-refundable reservation. The dirt was on top of the cupboard, under the bed, in the toilet … They charged us 80 € per night and we considered it a rip off.
