Fantastic clean rooms, wonderful service, and super convenient location. It was a short walk from the train station and all locations. Very spacious room and came with yukata and Onsen access.
Only con is we were told there were no meals. When we booked the booking website clearly said breakfast and dinner included, and their own welcome package said that there was two meals included.
When we went down for dinner we were told they don't serve food even though they were setting up tables, kind of a bummer since it was the priciest stay of our trip and we believed the price came with meals. We've reached out to the third party booking site but it was a bummer.
