We had a wonderful stay at this family-owned ryokan. The owner and staff were so kind, and we loved the chance to try the kotatsu and onsen.

The service was incredibly lovely—friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took such great care of us and were always ready to help with everything.

I wish I had gotten to stay another night here because it was so lovely. The staff here were so incredibly accommodating and kind, and the atmosphere was so relaxing.

First ever ryokan experience and it was so amazing we should’ve stayed another day because it was so good. Everything was immaculate.

Came here because I did not want to stay at Kinosaki Onsen, and this was on my way between Tottori and Amanohashidate.

The hotel is old but well rennovated and maintained. Very friendly staffs woth full of hospitality. The food was very nice.

5-star for great hospitality and there are cute plushies always welcoming guests. The traditional Japanese breakfast is prepared with fresh ingredients and its delicious.

This is an excellent location to explore toyooka itself, kinosaki onsen and other sights part of the San'in Kaigan Geopark.

The rooms are kept to a very clean standard. The front desk staff are very friendly and always very willing to help in any way. Welcome drinks are provided and the breakfast offered is delicious!

We had a wonderful stay. Room was perfect. The location is awesome. So close to the public onsens and the rest of town. Everything within 5-10 min walk. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was a great oasis after busy city trips, with a fascinating view from the window, amazing dinner (we had a crab course), relaxing onsen. You will fall asleep to the sound of waves outside.

Three families used this hotel on a recent trip to Kinosaki.
Since my child is small and busy, I was able to rent a house and spend my time comfortably without having to worry about my surroundings.

We stayed two nights at this lovely Ryokan.
The rooms were cozy with a beautiful view of the River.
Staff was attentive and kind.

If you’re looking for accommodations as relaxing as the onsens themself, then look no further thank Maruyamagawa Onsen Ginka.
Our room was a Japanese style room overlooking the river.

The smooth quality of the spring water seems to be good for the skin. I felt smooth after taking a bath.

Better onset as expected. Although the staff were not fluent in English but they tried their very best to host my family. Kudos to the service rendered.

All great, only the timing of the dinner and breakfast too early, structure close the access at 23.30 in my opinion too early aswell.
