So first the negative stuff.
The worst thing was the receptionist. He was very unfriendly and snnoty. He treated us like second class guests because we not stayed in the main building. It felt very unwelcoming.
The next thing was there service station, there was only a hot water station and no cups or tea. The rest like the sink, refigerator and microwave oven was very dirty and also the dryer did't worked.
Lack of information about the check out and the building and other stuff.
No showers inside the second building. First we where confused so we asked the receptionist and he simply said "this is the main building, you are not allowed to use the bathroom here" If you want to have a shower you have to go to one of the onsen around town.
No lounge or living room and the hallway was very ugly decorated.
So now the good stuff
The rooms are very nice. The are made mostly out of wood and thats creats a nice smell. The futons are comfortable as well. You also have a sink inside the room and a private toilet on the hallway. They provide Yukatas and a small towel for the onzen. You can use the free Wi-Fi in your room.
You have to do the bedding on your own.
You get a free onsen pass so you can enter the seven onsen for free.
You pay 10000 Yen for a double room and also 350 per person and night thermal tax.
It is too price for what you get, we recommend
to stay somewhere else if possible.
