Shiga Hotels with a Parking

It's a resort style hotel sitting right beside the ferry terminal for Nagahama.

Hotel Grazie was fantastic, thanks to very helpful and memorable staff.

Very nice low cost place for the night. Shared bathroom is more like a mini-onsen, really good. Host is very friendly.

Well positioned, very convenient and accommodating place. Very traditional building and fittings, absolutely stunning and in the shadow of a temple in the traditional part of the old city.

Everything was great, amazing building, very comfortable facilities, room and futon.

Also in a great location and the meal was delicious!.

The highlights of my stay were the kaiseki dinner and being able to enjoy the peaceful view at the public bath.

Great hosts. Very traditional Japanese with quirky decorations. The bed was a lot futon with small bathroom and kitchen. Small space with low heights so would not suit someone 6ft plus or over 100kgs.

We had a lovely stay at this very unique inn!
We stayed in the Demon Slayer themed room which we loved, you can tell a lot of work and effort has gone into designing and building such a unique room!

Searching for Halal Ryokan experience and found this resort near Osaka.

When we arrived late evening, there was a nice receptionist that welcomed us. Spoke surprisingly good english. The check-in was easy and there was no problem at all.

Nice hotel near a station, perfect for checking out Maibara for a day or two. The room was clean and cozy with a little fridge. Good breakfast, vending machines with drinks in the lobby.

Four PowerPoints and one USB port in room. Complimentary robe, razor, toothbrush, comb and skin care set.
Room is clean, neat and tidy. Non smoking option available and it smells very clean.

Cheap and good, definitely give it a try if you don't want to be spending too much.
It's got all the basics and well, it's a container so it's best for 1-2 guests per room.

Just be aware that a car is really helpful in this area. Arriving and leaving via public transport is possible but may require between 10 and 20 minutes walking, depending where someone is heading.

The ryokan was very comfortable. The bath in our room, and the public bath were both very nice, with a great view. Our room had both futons and beds available. We ordered the vegan kaiseki course.

It is a very retro-style B&B, with the feel of a traditional Japanese home. The small courtyard on the first floor and the attic on the second floor are filled with the scent of tatami mats.

A great B&B with clean rooms and beautiful environment. It is very close to Hachimangu Shrine, Hachimanbori, and Mount Hachiman Cable Car Station. It is very suitable to stay here for one or two days.

Sorry for the late review… stayed here for one night in late September. There was 5 of us but I was so happy to get my own room! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price, room is clean, offering simple breakfast and near the station.

I have stayed here twice and both times it was comfortable and relaxing. I like this chain of hotels, I use them whenever I can as always plenty parking and rooms are of a good standard.

Value for money paid for an overnight stay. Car parking lot was spacious and free. Easily accessible. Walked-in without reservations. Room size was ok and price was correct.

We had a very good experience at APA Hotel Biwako Seta Ekimae. The staff at the reception spoke English very well and were kind and helpful.

Threr is a small table but we use it to put luggage on.

We only met the lady owner, but she was lovely. Very kind and helpful. She spoke good English and tried her best to help with all our queries. She suggested great dining options nearby.
