On a small island like Taketomi it's better to manage the expectations. In the morning the hostel rooms are warmer than the hallway but they are cool enough in the evenings.

Very clean hostel with great staff. Socialising time with the other guests and the staff at night and stargazing on the beach was an unforgettable experience.

Extremely clean, fantastic view, possibility to rent e-bike at 500mt, they can give you all the stuff need for snorkeling in a wide range of sizes, washing machine and dry machine available, friendly

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely located at the coast with beaches nearby to explore. Next to the room we could enjoy the beautiful lobby/living room with kitchen and terrace in the parterre.

The hotel is located between the harbor and Itoman beach. Ocean View rooms guarantee a sea view. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport.

For us this place was great. However it's in the middle of nowhere wedged between fishing warehouses.

The staff were so friendly and kind! The rooms were so clean and housekeeping was always respectful of our things. The rooms themselves are spacious with wonderful bathrooms.

This hotel is not walking distance to anything. They do have a shuttle that goes to Aeon mall. That said, the hotel is excellent and the rooms are huge.

Can be noisy at night with motorcycle zooming pass on the main road right behind.
Very responsive to compliant of cleaning that does not meet expectations.

Great sea view & food! The rooms arefew & quaint, with a shared backyard across all rooms. Really great for a few friends & family, if you don't mind the bugs around the area (due to its location).

This was my first time staying at MAGACAHABARU, and I was overwhelmed by the atmosphere of a villa hotel that didn't feel like Japan.

Super nice hotel with an awesome ocean view, room is clean with mini kitchen, there is even a small bath tub, very close to aquarium.

Close proximity to the aquarium. It’s literally just a stone throw away. A couple of restaurants next to the premises. No staff at night, no card needed for access into the building.

We had a wonderful stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort in the Bay Wing.
The rooms were well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable — thoughtfully designed and well maintained.

Had an unforgettable experience here. My first time to Ishigaki and glad that we chose this place. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with a great view to watch the sunset.

My husband and I spent the first three days of our honeymoon here. Tucked away on the northern point of the island, Jusandi is quiet, luxurious, and private.

We also ate dinner twice at the hotel, and both times were very filling and delicious.

Very convenient location just opposite site of ferry harbor. Gorgeous and comfortable loft room suitable for long stay as a base camp of Yaeyama sightseeing.

Not even a 3min walk from the port (airport bus, ferries to other islands) the location is the best! The room is large with plenty of space for your luggage (and probably leave open a big suitcase).

Josh is an incredible host and really made my stay at Sunset Cove special.

A little corner of tropical heaven. This place really hammers home the truth of location, location, location. It's situated perfectly looking out over the bay and you really feel close to nature.

I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days during my summer vacation. It is easily accessible from Uehara Port and you can participate in various activities. You can see the beautiful sea from your room.

We stayed in the pool villa, which is amazing! However, for how much it costs a night there were a few concerns. The villa was really only one room, with another bed in the living room.

This hotel is optimally located further up in theside of Kouri Island, giving you excellent views of the sea, the bridge, and other islands withing eye sight.

It has a very beautiful interior with a bath, toilet, washing machine, and Wi-Fi! The location is convenient as there is a convenience store nearby. It is also safe with a lock.

The customer service is kind and polite, the inside of the hotel is clean, and the entrance locks automatically, so I was able to go out with peace of mind even if I stayed for a long time.

The location is easy to access by public transportation from the airport. If driving, just be careful not to miss the hotel’s multi-storey carpark entrance, GPS directions can be tricky.

Right near convenience stores, monorail, prefectural government office (kenchou), and tourist mecca Kokusai Dori. Beautiful, relaxed, affordable mix imof Okinawan and Western styles.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are very clean, supplied with all the amenities for your comfort.

Booked a family room, unlike many hotels in Japan, this one was very big!

Overall experience is good, tidy and bright room, good, the variety of shop can be enhanced.
Excellent location for local sight seeing, including aquarium and bike rental. Good location for hideaway.
