Hotel is clean and new. Location is very convenient. A lot of car parks and not expensive. Overall is good.
People in the parking lot are very rude. We checked in at 4 p. M. ，but about to return the car 1.5 hour later. When I arrived the parking lot to pickup my car, all I wanted to ask him was how was the fee calculated? (Since the parking fee is usually counted by times, not hours) He did not understand English, but it's okay. What I was upset about is what happened next. He took the parking ticket and put it in the machine and the fee was displayed. He slapped the screen very heavily several times and looked at us with rage, like we weren't going to pay. (Of course he didn't say anything, he's incapable of English) I feel afraid and threatened. Good mood is also destroyed. Language barriers should not be the reason of abominable attitude.

Although rooms are small, but it is neat and tidy, and most importantly the bathroom is very very clean. All the facilities/amenities are very user-friendly that you feel the warmness of the hotel to its customers. Location is perfect if you don't have a car or prefer to explore the downtown area; however it is less desirable if you prefer to enjoy the less crowded area with a rented car, as Naha is often having traffic jam and parking could be a headache. The hotel itself indeed deserves a five-star, but I only gave 4 because I don't want to boost the rating, thus overwhelmed the hotel by tourists :-)
