I love the food! Breakfast was an awesome deal. The rooms are tidy. I love their line up of toiletries. They also have a scent spray for the room. We enjoyed our stay. The place is also near the train and bus stations.

I actually had breakfast there but it was great!

More than the room and the food I loved the place because it has the best staff in the whole wide world. Very hospitable and courteous. The place is worth staying at because of the wonderful staff.

Just some of the hotel rooms there is a Only Internet phone can take out there is no need to additionally buy online the room was also clean on the ground floor there is also drink it with meals.

Good value good staff and dog friendly outdoor seating area.

Clean modern place with good service. English is understood and all the place close by accesseble by monorail or bus.

Small and expensive hotel room. Give paper cups instead of proper cups for teeth brushing. Rooms and corridors are dimly lit and the interior looks run down.

The hotel is full of design, the whole hotel is equipped, every corner is very beautiful as in the film, admirable detail design. The hotel service staff is very cordial, what needs can be solved, housekeeping cleaning aunt is also very kind, reassuring place. Every day the most expect is breakfast, you can choose according to their preferences, is a will let people want to come to the place!

I enjoyed my stay at Estinate! friendly and helpful staff, good location and I love the design of the place.

Rongmei Station five minutes next door is on the ground recommended gourmet Island Beef roast meat (big push)
There is a 24hr Union supermarket nearby (cheap things, and bento, sashimi)
And AEON's supermarket (refundable, also cooked) Walking can go to the international pass along the road will encounter warm twilight ramen and bird charcoal barbecue.

Staff service is cordial, English commentary is also very clear.
Room lighting is dim, no heating, so it is quite cold at night, you can borrow electric heater or blanket. Breakfast is Western-style, full of delicious.

Breakfast is OK, although not so good on the network comments, but the taste is good, the amount is enough. Room soundproofing is poor, but single occupancy space is large enough, the overall is also very clean.

Nice service and quite cozy room even somehow is a bit small for tall guys, but overall the staff and environment are impressive. (especially the atmosphere! )
In the end, you will be surprise that the services is definitely beyond the price. (early booking recommend. )

Room is small, but is representative of hotel room sizes in Japan. The layout is well done so it's not cramped. Might be a bit more challenging with 2 person in the room. Location wise it's very convenient. Easy access to many locations of interest in Naha. Good if you rely heavily on the monorail. Breakfast was very good too, but do note it's not buffet style.

Great service and great breakfast. Room is tiny but can't really complain for the price. I left my camera charger at the hotel and they kept it for me nicely in a paper bag for me.

Very friendly staff, delicious food and a lovely bar :) The next bus station, the monorail, the Kokusai-Dori and the harbour are accessible through few minutes of walking. It feels like Home and we‘ll definitely come back! :)

Excellent instant customer service. Perfect English. Clean cozy rooms. The food is incredibly tasty at their restaurant and the location is close to the International street and the monorail station. I'll be using this hotel next time I'll come to Naha.

Single room is very quiet and comfortable, but there are 1 small cockroaches. The bathroom in the double room is not clean enough. The restaurant is very atmosphere. Breakfast is very busy, the seats are not enough, the meal should be early. Staff is very good, food is good, not expensive.

Trendy hotel a short walking distance to the port, also close to the monorail for easy access from the airport. Very well design and trendy hotel, very good value for what you get. Rooms are a tad small though, but very comfortable nonetheless.

Good breakfasts! But the rooms were tinier than the more affordable & roomy services apartments in the area. In the night their main dining area transforms into a nightclub of sorts, could be a bit noisy if you stay at the lower floors. Meant for the younger generation.

Lobby and restaurant area updated. Service was excellent including the check in and breakfast. Rooms are a littlee dated but clean. Hotel has vehicle parking for a fee which is about a 2 minute walk.

Food is very good. A handsome boy helped me a lot. I want to thank him really. Impressed place.

Great breakfast. However, the room was a little bit small.

10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping centre. 5 mins walk from the monorail with a direct connection (20 mins ride) to the airport. We were on the top floor. The mattress was terrible to sleep in as it felt deformed with a depression in the centre. The air conditioning was either too hot or too cold, not very stable.

We book the Deluxe room. The price was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, there was a living room and the bathroom was big too. Breakfast was tasty, service was great. A friend booked another room separately and the check-in staff made an effort to allocate us near to one another. The staff helped us to locate mapcode also for a restaurant we wanted to go for dinner. We love the hotel and would recommend to our friends. If the parking was free, it would be awesome.

Awesome & comfy place with nice breakfast and friendly staff. When we arrived, we checked into a room with a little smell of cigarette. Staff changed our room right away. Love it and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Rooms were decent (not amazing, but beds were really good). Staff very welcoming, speak great english if that's your thing. Location was good too, not too far from anything.

Hotel employees speak English, and the hotel is in a good position to reach monorail and yanbaru stops. Room is a bit small for European standards, like every other in Japan, but comfortable enough to enjoy our stay. The only problem was the lack of a plug in the bathroom. Breakfast is western style, you can choose among four different meals with drink refill.

Really love it here! Just back from our trip last week though we didnt stayed much at the hotel but its atmosphere can make us really comfortable during our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the first floor seems very cozy and a nice place to hangout. There's a balcony outside but unfortunately it keeps raining mostly all the time. If i'm planning Okinawa trip next time, this is the first place on my list.

Delicious food, nice facilities and good service. Hotel personnel are fluent in English and will assist you in any way. Stayed there for three nights. Located close to bus, monorail and a short walk from the main avenue.

Stayed with Hotel Estination for most of December '15 and had a great experience. The rooms are larger than typical English hotel rooms (probably small to Americans) You can expect a large comfy bed, excellent A/C, Fridge with freezer box, modern TV. The staff were excellent and made leaving a sad event. They mostly speak enough English to converse with, and are always chipper. Food is good, westerners will like the menus including chicken sandwiches, pizza, steak chips etc, and strong coffee, all very nice. You can park a rental in the neighbourhood for about 600Y a day, or if you rent from the Nissan over the road park there at night. If you want late night clubbing, karaoke and 'girls bars' then this is THE location. Y1100 taxi from the airport. Walking distance to naha bus terminal and yui rail station. Family mart within 2 min walk, sell beer and hot food 24/7.

The hotel although is small but it is clean and with a nice restaurant and offers free pizza at new year eva. We stayed for 3 nights in their standard room and it has all basic things we need. There is a laundry room too. The staff are polite and all speak very good English.

Super friendly staff that allways greet you with a smile when coming or leaving.
The hotel itself gives you a fresh impression due to the recently renovated buildníng,
Rooms are small yet cozy and the bed is soft, big plus for the great internet accessibility with separate internet for each room!
Location is also a big plus, 7-8 minutes walk from shopping street and 4 minutes walk from the ferry harbour where you can reach the outer islands.
I have stayed at several hotels in Naha but I think that this is the one I will be coming back to from now on, cannot get better value for the money in Naha! See you soon again!
