Had an amazing stay at Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa! The spacious, clean rooms and modern amenities made for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

I usually never post reviews on hotels but this is by far one of the best accommodations I've been through.

I will highly recommend SWGH to anyone who is looking to stay in Naha for their Okinawa trip. This hotel is modern, extremely clean, comfortable, family friendly and so hospitable.

Southwest Grand Hotel delivers a refined and well-considered hospitality experience that stands out for its balance of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful service.

Good value for money. The rooms are not big, but they’re clean and have everything you need. There’s an amenities bar in the lobby as well as some free drinks in the afternoon.

Lovely hotel near bus terminal. It has sheltered overhead bridge from monorail and bus terminal so no need to worry if rain.
Free local soft drinks daily until 12am. Free awamori from 3pm to 6pm.

Nice hotel with comfy bed and amenities. Price is very affordable too. The family room with bunk bed is a tight squeeze for 4pax though.

Spacious room, clean and nice have everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is service oriented. The staff is ultra helpful from front desk, dining and cleaning staff. They try to anticipate your needs and provide whatever is needed.

Nice and affordable hotel. The mono rail is right at your door step. You can walk to many places from here. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff extremely attentive.

The location of the hotel is great, close to both rail and bus station, mall and convinient store. The room is clean and the acoustic is great.

Classical atmosphere, free drink service including beer and awamori until 10pm, authentic okinawan breakfast, Japanese style public bath, worth to stay.

This hotel is clean and well serviced with Japanese public bath (your room also has private bath). Location is quite convinient near a night market.

Great hotel with very good service. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. Location in Naha is centrally located not too far from airport but nice beaches are far away.

The hotel was located very close to Kokusai Street, and there was a convenience store within a 1-minute walk, so it was a very convenient hotel.

They are very welcoming and helpful. The free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), ice cream, and late night snacks are a plus!

Stayed here for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring Naha without a car.
Room was spacious, clean and well stocked — fridge came stocked with 2 Orion drinks and 2 teas daily.

The hotel is fully self-service. Check-in is done via a machine 🤖✨ — just scan your passport and it’s very quick and easy.

Clean and smart hotel. Even the free breakfast — bagels/ coffee set are tasty. Smart TV is quite useful.

Surprisingly, I booked a Family Quadruple Room for two people, so we had plenty of space. The layout was a bit odd, but we loved how spacious it was.

The room itself felt a bit worn-down (needs a repaint), but all the rest made up for it! We especially recommend going for the breakfast buffet.

This hotel has a covered walking path from the monorail Makishi Station stop. Very convenient location. Room is clean, window has good sound insulation, and water pressure is good on the 9th floor.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal near the kokusaidori street, there’s parking next to the building at 1000yen a day including multiple entries.

Most people come to Naha city to visit Kokusai-dori and the surrounding area. Comfort Hotel Naha Kencho Mae is just about three blocks from the start of Kokusai-dori.

Love the renovated room, seating area is great. Breakfast is delicious (and free! ), everything is perfect.

Super convenient hotel that’s located within walking distance to Don Quoite and the shopping street. There are lots of food and shopping options within walking distance too.

The Italian restaurant had great buffalo matzarella pizza. Front desk staff was always helpful. Location was perfect, steps away from Kokasai Dori, but not loud.

We spent five days on the beautiful island of Okinawa, and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Hotel Resol Trinity for our stay.

The hotel is located near the shopping street of Kokusai so there are many good restaurants and souvenir shop nearby.

Stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights. Loved the location along Kokusai street with lots of shopping and food choices. Great service rendered by the staff team. Breakfast was not bad too.

The woody design and the carpet make the room look old. Upgrading would make the hotel even more comfy.

2025.05 abt 6 years old hotel, room are small but modern, cozy and comfortable, I like their firm mattress. Water pressure is good.

Some of the question which I should answer are very lame, this is an B&B place. No Pool, No Gym, No Jacuzzi, etc. But very nice atmosphere and lovely and helpful owner.

I love this place! The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for what we want. Walking distance to the big shopping street.

The hotel is just a short walk from KENCHOMAE Station, and there is a 7-Eleven right next door, which is very convenient.

The location was terrific that it’s near YUI RAIL station and RYUBO Department Store, and only 10-15mins walk to Kokusai Dori.

Location was good, next to a Yui Rail station, convenient stalls close by to the hotel and.
Only flaw on the outside was the parking, space is really narrow, so suits more experienced drivers.

MERCURE OKINAWA HAHA — My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel (from 16 to 23 February 2026). We were first time visitors to Okinawa and we are both from Singapore.
