GOOD: Convenient location, easy check-in. Amenities were well-stocked and provided for. Rooms were clean and well-prepared. Customer service (via email) was prompt and friendly. Within walking distance to nearby Rail station & Kokusai-dori. Furniture and equipment was new and in good condition.
NOT SO GOOD: We stayed here at the beginning of our trip, then headed elsewhere, returning on the last night. The 1st few nights — the rooms on the higher floor were great. For the last night, we were given the 2nd floor. The street noises were quite loud (especially from the nearby izakaya). Room is also quite small, so for families with 3-4 people, it can be quite challenging. Bathroom has no hooks — and since there is no where else to change, this was a bit of challenge. Pillows were also too flat — making it quite uncomfortable.

My family and I had a nice holiday staying in this apartment, as it was in a nice peaceful neighbourhood and within walking distance to major points of attraction and amenities like restaurants, supermarket and monorail station. The apartment itself was a little small for family of 4, and had no parking available, but generally comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen space and dining area was a little small, which was a little squeezy for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, but overall everything worked well. The beds were clean and comfortable too. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Very happy to recommend to others! Thank you very much.
