We stayed two nights in July 2018. Would have given it a 5-star if the slightly dated furnishings were upgraded. Still we enjoyed the stay, staff Erica and manager Aso were both great and friendly. Their English was excellent and were at all times helpful during our stay. Their family onsen is beautiful.
