Hotels in Nagasaki with Parking near Sofukuji Temple

Exceptional stay all around. The location is very convenient and close to the train station, making travel easy.

The hotel’s location is kind of in-between — not too far, not too close. At first I thought it was close to the JR station and ferry terminal. However, it doesn't.

We stayed at H2 in Nagasaki for 4 nights in December 2025 in a Smart Double Room. The room was knowingly small as we only booked a Smart Double Room.

It is such a wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Nagasaki-Unzen express bus stop is only 50m away and there are multiple bus stations within 100m. You can go anywhere by local transportation.

A great choice for visiting the major sites in Nagasaki as it’s a couple of minutes from the railway station, adjacent to the shops and restaurants of Amu Plaza and best of all, buses to the Atomic

ROOMS: spacious and clean, not extremely spacious but convenient. Beds with different type of mattresses — one is harder than another but pillows are comfortable.

I am Korean but I will write in English to let other foreigners know of this nice hotel. This is my last day out of 4 days of visit.

1) Male front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
2) Great service.
3) Breakfast item was less but delicious. In addition, foreign staff were friendly too.
4) Great location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at FAV LUX Nagasaki. The neighborhood is amazing:full of charm, great spots to explore, and a really nice atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable.

Excellent in all respects! Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. Paid $138.29 CAD/night.
Hotel is very new, clean, modern, and spacious.

Second time for me in Nagasaki, first time at Forza hotel. It's located close to Chinatown, inside the covered shopping district. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for every meal.

Amazing hotel and great value.
We booked this hotel for two rooms for one night. We arrived a little early for check in but the staff allowed us to store our luggage until it was time.

The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiasm and friendly. They introduced the check-in process very clearly.

ROOMS: spacious and clean, not extremely spacious but convenient. Beds with different type of mattresses — one is harder than another but pillows are comfortable.

Location was excellent—near transportation and shopping. Staff went above and beyond, helping us track down our daughter’s phone (left in a cab! ) Buffet breakfast offered many tasty options.

Rooms are simple, but a good size for a typical hotel and bigger than Japanese business hotels.
There is no public bath, but the amenities include 3 different bath salts to choose from.

Super clean, staff go above and beyond. Really good location and accommodative for my Church group of around 15 people! Definitely keeping this place in my notes for next time I visit Japan! 🇯🇵

Very professional and prompt check-in, great location for travel and sightseeing. Room is immaculately clean, big bath and face care amenities.

JR Kyushu Hotel Nagasaki is an excellent choice for staying in Nagasaki. The hotel is very conveniently located, directly connected to Nagasaki Station, making travel easy and stress-free.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is a older style Portuguese themed hotel which is obviously not a modern place but more than makes up for it with its character.

Great location. Staffs are helpful n cheerful. Arrange our parking with wonderful courtesy.
Rooms are simple but thoughtful. Clean n comfortable with a splash of Portuguese touch decoration.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Nov.
Very comfortable room with reasonable size.
Good service from many friendly staff.
Inc calling taxi for us to express bus terminal.
Location is great too.

The JAL may not be the fanciest hotel in town, but it represents great value for the money. The rooms are not fancy nor overly large, but filled with enough essentials to make for a nice stay.

We stayed six nights in the newer tower and found this hotel to be closer to a 3–4 star experience overall.

So it was beyond my expectations, self check in, it was very affordable and we had a buffet breakfast for that price.

Booked a 3 pax room for a relative cheap price during the golden week. The room layout is 2 bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was relatively long and width is wide enough for me a 165cm and 60kg guy.

This hotel was great! The rooms were huge for japanese standards, we had a couch which was very comfortable in the evening to relax.

Nice hotel! The big plus is its location very close to Nagasaki station.
The room was comparatively large by Japanese standards.
Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly 😊

Possibly the best value hotel in Nagasaki. Although the room wasn't big, it had everything neccessary, a big comfortable bed, shower/tub, decent Wi-Fi, fridge, table, TV etc.

Convenience of transportation. It is close to Chinatown and you can walk to Glover Garden.
I love this app so much and I love it! …

A little up hill across Nagasaki station, close to 26 Martyrs monument and museum, restaurants and main road of streetcar and buses. Super quiet neighborhood. Bicycle rental available.

I rented an ebike to explore Nagasaki. Very friendly staff, decent bikes. I went all the way down to the Kaba Island Lighthouse and return and the battery were still at 30%.

Fairly typical hotel with rooms on the smaller side but bigger than APA. Fridge makes the 'on' sounds when on the cooling cycle, and bathroom's vent is constantly running.

The hotel is very close to Nagasaki Station and has many restaurants nearby. However, it's best to go early, as they fill up quickly in the evening.
The breakfast served is quite good.

The hotel is exceptionally well located, right next to the Chinatown area, making it very convenient for dining and sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Be sure to contact the landlord in advance, otherwise it will be very troublesome to go up the mountain.

Stayed here last night I couldn't ask for a better experience, super hospitable, let me do laundry, fed me lots and I mean LOTS of food and talked with me about Nagasaki, their lives and their

This was the best hotel that we stayed at on our Japan trip. I was visiting from Canada on vacation with my family.
The hotel staff is so friendly and caring.

A very friendly and charming Japanese Style Inn in central Nagasaki, 2min fom tram and 10min walk from JR Station.

I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel! I stayed for a week and felt like all the staff members were long time known people.

Super clean, friendly staff, and loved the location. Location is close to izayakas that are open until late. Also near a 7/11.

As with any Grand Base, I think part of the reason it charges less is because there is very little service.
