Only used the onsen (public bath) as a walk in customer but the onsen was amazing! The woman at the front desk was very very nice and not fazed by seeing foreigners. The changing room is clean and spacious and has lockers with keys. They also had one good hairdryer plus 2 smaller ones and free face products (highly recommend! ) The showers had really good pressure and they had free shampoo, conditioner and body soap as well as a really nice grapefruit salt scrub! There are 3 baths inside, a shallow hot one, a cold one and a normal hot bath. Then there is also an outdoor bath. It was a really really onsen! It cost us 1000円 each with no time limit. We had our own towels but there is probably a charge for renting some.
