Location great, right next to the station. Onsen is fantastic and the fact that they're mostly on a rolling schedule is amazing for trying them all out.

The attention to detail to the service and atmosphere was phenomenal.

The log house was terrific! Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen plus dining table. Floors were heated which added to the cozy feeling.

It was a hot spring hotel that was bigger than I had imagined. There are many types of baths. I was satisfied with the luxurious dinner and the breakfast buffet. I want to use it again.

The room is old and there is no elevator however they have really good service with things such as giving an umbrella to even calling a bus when it was off work time food was not bad love it here!

It was my first time to try an onsen and it was in Kusatsu. The staff were very courteous and nice. The lobby desk was open for 24 hrs and can attend during late hours.

Nice cozy lodge, particularly like the bar living room, very chilled out. Sauna nice and hot! Western beds comfy and warm shower.

The lodge is a vibe! Stay here if you want to meet other snow enthusiasts.
