Save your money, sleeping on the streets of Sapporo is probably just as comfortable as sleeping here. Beds are hard and lumpy, the springs are probably a decade old and the pillow is almost nonexistent. I've been more comfortable sleeping on the ground while camping than this.

Service is very good and all staff communicated decently in English. Very welcoming and overall service is more than satisfactory. However, being an old hotel, the rooms are not in the best shape. Furnitures are old and some corners and are dirty and badly stained. Curtains are dusty and rooms are very dark with only 1 light.

There are two convenience stores downstairs. Lawson & 7-11, Metro exit is very convenient. But the actual room and the official website photos are very different, double room type equipment is old, lying in bed before bedtime will see the light outside the concierge, the room uses the traditional key. Showers and toilets are separate, in the winter use will feel the cold, because with a door separated from the indoor room. Low-rise faucet hot water in the shower will continue to be high temperature, even with a cold water switch, still can not clean clothing, need to switch to the cold water switch, lasting more than 5-10 minutes will be normal. The counter staff will not take the initiative to say hello, but there is a can speak Chinese Miss Li, solve my problem, very kind, very good service.

Rooms were pretty clean. Price was affordable, especially for Golden Week. Bathrooms were spacious with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Beds were soft. Staff was friendly. Location was good.

If you're planning to visit Hokkaido, APA is a great place to stay. Not only it is cozy, but it is so convenient to the train station and nearby restaurants such as Matsuya.

For the price of the room that I had, it was reasonable… The staff are exceptional had no problem to check out early, with a full refund of the days that I had booked but did not stay. I recommend APA hotels, definitely but maybe just pay a little extra money to get more value. Thank you to all of the staff and APA Hotels for always being great.

I love the hotel. So easy to go to by foot toTanukikoji shopping arcade, nijo fish market, Sapporo TV tower, Odori Park, Daiso and also near muslim friendly restaurant too. The hotel just near the exit 3 Subway Hosui Susukino. You can use bus no 65 from Airport and bus no 100 if you want to go to Mitsui Outlet. And all the bus stop just near the hotel.

Convenient location, Fung Shui Thin Wild Station exit No. 3rd, the main entrance to the hotel, near the hotel with convenience stores, nearby nightclubs.

An old hotel by the looks of the interior but still a good hotel. Clean and wide in size and very helpful staffs. Easily reachable if you're traveling from Sapporo Station.

Easy to walk every where. Near from market. About 20 minutes walk from sapporo station. The room squite old, but clean. Good with their amenities. Walk about 20 minutes (I guess, I forgot) to Nakajima park. Around : 7/11, lawson, KFC, McD.

Great for budget travel. Near a tram station which runs straight to the city center. You can also walk to city center. Very near Odori Park. Stayed here during snow festival. Enjoyed the location.

This hotel has a subway line right in front of the hotel (Toho line, exit 3), which is really convenient especially in cold snowy weather. The hotels location is awesome, in the heart of an entertainment district (late night karaoke, bars, etc. ) Is all walking distance. The hotel also has a Lawsons attached to it, great for late night munchies! The Room we had was very spacious for a Japan hotel, it was also located near the elevators, non-smoking, and clean. The shower room is Japanese style (sit on a stool w/a small soaking tub), which is nice for winter weather. Service is excellent and the front desk does thier best to accomidate you to the best of thier understanding.

Dated but clean. Good location for Yuki Matsuri. Alot of loud foreign tourists during matsuri time so Japanese people please be cautious. Lawson convenient store located on the ground floor direct entrance from the hotel which is v. Good. Tube station right next to station which is a big plus.

This is for a 2 single bed room, the beds were old and sunk down, they needed replacing. The shower head was tiny and only 50% went in the right direction. There was a strict one pillow only policy which I thought was very weird when asking for a new pillow I was denied The rooms were clean, but not very roomy but that is to be expected I did have a look at my friends smoking room which was much better, bed was better and had a couch in his room. The staff were very nice but were not that good at english. The buffet breakfast was not worth it and was pretty average.

Not a pleasant experience as the room was dirty when we first checked in, they switched us to another room and upon checking, phone and TV remote was spoilt. No air conditioning, only heater which made room super stuffy. Definitely will not visit APA again. Only saving grace was reception team were very helpful and patient with us.

This hotel is quite outdated. Room isn’t very clean… doesn’t feel very comfortable. Well, location is great. That is about it.

Excellent location. But bed is not as comfortable as advertised. Love the in room amenities provided though, very thoughtful.

Hotel health but only heating without air conditioning, winter also have to open fewer windows to sleep, rooms and bathrooms comfortable and clean, but Wi-Fi signal is poor, often disconnected. Hotel near the metro station exit, very convenient.

Pros: Abundance of nearby facilities and eateries. Presence of Shuttle bus services nearby. Subway station right outside the hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming. Buffet Breakfast was surprisingly satisfying. Cons: Rooms are slightly dated. Rooms are small, albeit the larger than usual bathrooms. Overall, while this hotel lacks in newly furnished rooms, its offered convenience still makes this a viable choice.

Not recommended, not a friendly hotel. Nearby a lot of hotels, not worries can't get hotels.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Good beds. Nothing to complain about.

I recall I was here in May, 2016 because the hotel was value for money and is within walking distance from the railway terminal. The relative modern-style of the small room fitted my needs. I did not pay the extra for breakfast as I should like to keep my stomach empty for other varieties outside!

I enjoyed very much staying there. Excellent location, value, cleanliness. This hotel is better than most typical budget room. Free mineral water everyday. Great hotel. Only check out time is quite early and check in time it quite late 3pm.

Clean but v small room. All amenities were provided. Carpark a bit of walk @1080 yen. Staff were friendly, helpful and could speak a little english.

Not the best place but certainly for the price and location being close to Susukino makes it not an illogical choice. I would say it's like cheap motel in the US with just a bit more class. Decent morning breakfast buffet, though I wish they would change up the menu a bit more and keep the food warmer. Other than that it is what it is. Japanese hotels are typically small so don't be alarmed if you never experienced this before. Actually my single room was organized in such a way to actually add a couch/sofa but in the end the dimensions of the room are typically sized.

The hotel was just a short walk from the Odori station. Check in was simple and streamlined. We had a non-smoking room, but you could tell by the scent that it had been smoked in previously. We had a party of 3 and we all got got allergies in the room, woke up in the mornings with stuffed noses. The carpets were soiled and stained, the beds were torn and falling apart, but the sheets seemed to be clean. We were provided with new toiletries each morning and room service reset the room each day. For the cost, I would stay here again. If cleanliness and comfortable beds is your thing, you may want to continue your search.

Basic, clean, business hotel with a great location. As a non-smoker I was not a fan of being placed on a smoking floor. For one night, passing through Sapporo, it fit the bill. Would not stay a second night.

I'm but a simple man. I saw cod roe in breakfast buffet. I press 5 stars. Well, This is my 5th time in Japan this year alone. They seem to be about the same everywhere I went to. Service is good, Small room and some quirk here and there.

It's near the tanukikoji and the transport is convenient there.

The room is clean and the breakfast is very nice.
