Hotels in Hakodate with Breakfast

The hotel is directly connected to the Hakodate JR station which is super convenient. The room was a good size, shower was fantastic and we had a view of the trains and the ocean.

I love this hotel except for the coin laundry situation. There were 5 washer and dryers but always busy that I have to stand and wait for my turn.

I love the spacious room, convenient location to the train station and market. It is a hidden gem. The staff was eager to help and smiled all the time.

Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts.
I stayed at the Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts near the Hakodate JR station and the vibrant Morning Market.

Century Marina Hakodate is a clean, modern and extremely well-located hotel.

On the last full day of my 3 month stay in Hakodate my wife and I used our Onsen Passports to visit this highly chic waterfront spa Hotel. Best rooftop onsen experience I have ever had. For $17.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at the La Jolie Motomachi. Rooms are charming and location is great. Stones throw away from the ropeway and Motomachi site seeing spots.

We had a wonderful stay here during our first visit to Hakodate, and the city exceeded our expectations.

Great location by the JR station and the bus stop. Rooms are good size by Japanese standards, we never felt cramped. Staff was polite and helpful, there were amenities and tea bags in the lobby.

Great Location, which is just near to the Hokodate Station.
When you first walk into the lobby, you might feel it is a little old, which is just like the 4.0 score on Google.

Everything from the staff, the location, the food and rooms were everything you picture when thinking of a relaxing and pleasant stay for a hotel.

Room, Breakfast, Staffs were excellent.
Breakfast was a top notch experience.

I arrived feeling quite disoriented after a long day of continuous driving, but the front desk and the parking lot guy were incredibly professional and kind.

Great location. Less than 10min walk from the train station.
— check in and out was easy. Staffs at the receptions are polite and helpful.
— Amenities (face wash, toner, shower cap, razor etc.

Excellent stay — everything was top notch. The rooms were faultless, breakfast had good variety, staff were friendly.

❤️ My Surprise Stay at OMO5 Hakodate by Hoshino Resorts – A Black Friday Deal Worth Sharing!

Very good and clean hostel in the historical area of Hakodate. The building is newly renovated, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and all the necessary infrastructure.

A very unique design of a hotel, it remind us about the designing course xD.
Location is quite nice, its directly in front of a bay with a nice view, and its beside a Lucky Pierrot burger & a

It's about 7 mins walk from Hakodate station and the morning seafood market is lively in the morning.

Best Location! Very near to bus station, Seicomart and to the Hakodate morning market. They have washing machine and microwave in the room so this is very helpful.

Stayed here for one night and it's been a good experience. First of all the staff is lovely. Helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The location is about a 7min walk from the train station.

For the price, it is excellent.
The room was spacious and Japanese style. Not spotless, but clean enough. Washroom was ample sized. It was in a quiet area and we could not hear our neighbours.

Excellent service. Very accommodating despite my non-existent Japanese and, despite my best intentions, occasional etiquette breaches. The woman who checked me in was very nice.

Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision.
Check-in was detailed and thoughtful.

We specifically want to come back to Hakodate just to be able to stay at this hotel again! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here with my husband and two friends. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hot springs very relaxing, and the food was superb!

Lovely hotel about a 20 min walk from Hakodate train station or a few mins from the tram.

Stayed here for a night with breakfast option. This is the best breakfast I have had in hokkaido so far.

Comfortable, well appointed room. Helpful staff. Ample breakfast selection. Near a mall, conbini, Muji and the park. 15 min drive away from the Morning Market.

In my 2 week hokkaido travel, this is the best hotel for value. The room is spacious for 2 pax. The Bath is a bonus after a long day of walking. The front desk service was very good too.

This hotel is great! I would describe it as a basic but modern hotel with all the conveniences you need. The room was spotless and equipped with small touches to make it more comfortable.

This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review for a hotel. I was most blown away by the functionality of the room, many small things to improve my stay.

Location is great and service is great. Room is large enough and has bath tub.
Satisfied with dinner and breakfast. Everything was delicious. Wine list is not that impressive though.

On a solo trip to Hakodate and stayed one night at this small boutique in December (with breakfast and dinner included).

I stayed in a Japanese traditional style room without a bed, it's cozy and full of sun light through the big window. The shower room is tiny and spotless.

I stayed here for 2 nights during winter (february 2024) with my husband, we book the japanese type room.

It's about what you should expect for a 2-star hotel. It provides a bit more than basic necessities. I booked a double room for 2 and it was a little on the smaller side, but manageable.

I loved my stay in the Toyoko Inn Hotel. It's very close to the Hakodate station and there are many nice restaurants around.

I will be coming back to Hakodate & Japan just because how great this hotel was. Honestly can’t wait for it to be rewarded a 5 star hotel.

A charming onsen resort made for relaxation and recharge, Yunokawa Prince Hotel has everything you need for a quiet day of rest.

Great location. Close to Bay Area or Hakodate station area. Great access to Mt Hakodate as well.

I had an unforgettable stay at La Vista hotel with breathtaking views of the Hakodate Ropeway and the sea. The onsen on the top floor was a serene experience with its panoramic vistas.

2 nights in Nov 2025*
Reception staff were very nice, and the lobby has free coffee and tea 24/7 with plenty of seating.

We had a very positive experience at Hotel Resol Hakodate, and the exceptional staff is truly what sets this hotel apart!

The moment I walked into the hotel, I loved it already! It's so spacious, the lobby smells great, and I love the interiors!

This might be the top of the luxury hotels in the city. It is gigantic, with a conference centre and three restaurants added around the base of the two towers of rooms.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Global View Hakodate. While the hotel provides the reliable comfort you’d expect from a 3-star property, the service is what truly stands out.

The hotel provides excellent service with complete facilities.
The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
