Rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. Very convenient access to the ski area and a variety of restaurants inside the resort. Housekeeping needs improvement.

Chalet Ivy is a beautifully designed hotel, situated by the river and an easy walk into Jizankei.

This stay at Chatlet Ivy Jozankei Onsen was one of the best stays in any luxury boutique hotel around the world.

Absolutely perfect 10/10 experience. Our room had a beautiful private bath that had temperature adjusted herbal water, and you could add more herbal water to adjust the temperature.

Stayed 1N in a Premium Room (with in-room onsen bath area) as base to explore Jozankei area for 1st time (60min bus ride from sapporo).

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location near the train station, as we had an early morning flight the next day.

Very cheap, very close to the station & airport, have large public bath, and a decent a la carte breakfast!. Basically that's what you need for a business hotel near the airport!

The Hotel Sugita is a comfortable and elegant hotel that our whole family loved. The large public bath on the first floor was spacious and very clean.

This is a highly affordable Japanese-style ryokan located in the city centre.

Come here for the Onsen facilities and resort feel. It is based in a quiet village not too far from Sapporo.
The hotel itself is great. The room has a private Onsen.

The rooms are a bit old but it’s very nice. The service is fast. The food is not amazing, I have had better food in my Japan trip. Nevertheless, good value.

I stayed and skied here recently. Location is perfect! Its basically a ski in ski out resort, and ski rentals locker and dining facilities are all great.

The resort is just outside the beginner's ski area on the West Side of Rusutsu. You need to take the East Gondola to get to the West side with the better and more exciting runs.

Beautiful Lobby. Room also quite small. Standard Japanese style I assume. Receptionist can speak english. Nearby hotel. Conveniently located near eating spot.

We were only here for a night coming from Niseko and heading out via New Chitose airport. It was super close to the train station making transport easy.

Our stay here exceeded our expectation. It was actually the highlight of our trip. Room was so clean and tidy! There were unlimited drinks and snacks.

Booked this hotel for its indoor onsen, which did not disappoint — it was extremely pretty well kept and convenient. The food delivered to the room is crafty and delicious.

Dormy Inn Tomakomai Natural Hot Spring is a highly regarded hotel in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, known for its excellent onsen facilities and thoughtful amenities.

We had a fantastic stay. We love Dormy Inn as they have onsen in the hotels. Dormy Inn also provides free cofee and Yakults in the morning, and ice creams from afternooon to night.

Excellent rooms — by mid-range Japanese standards, they are big, the bathroom (with bath) great. Very clean, comfortable bed, good amenities etc.
Check-in was swift.

Clean room, though a bit small, nice buffet breakfast, surrounded by many restruants nearby.

We loved our stay at Villa Rusutsu. Our two-bedroom cabin with fireplace, soaking tub and comfy beds was spacious and luxurious. It was quiet, lovely and warm with heated floors.

We stayed 6 nights and had a fabulous time. Shuttle took us to and from Rusutsu Resort for skiing.

We stayed one night at the Jozankei Manseikaku hotel Milione, Sapporo two weeks ago, and it was a delightful experience.

Room, bed and room's washroom are super clean. Receptionist multilingual. Buffet with many Japanese food choices. Staff are helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

I spent five days at The Westin Rusutsu in February for a snowboard trip with a group of friends, and the entire experience exceeded expectations.

Great service, modern rooms, little wierd layout, but it works. For larger rooms for big parties still only one bathroom which makes it challenge. Food on site is only okay and pretty pricey.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m so grateful to the hotel! During my first visit, I accidentally left my doll behind.

From check-in to check-out, the service at ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Really nice and relaxing place! We booked a private onsen because we have tattoos. It was perfect to get that privacy and look out into the lake and mountains.

Clean, quiet, with professional service. If you book a room pick also a food potion. Very Day very tasty breakfest like open bar type — you pick what you want to eat. Food was just amazing quality.

Room is clean. There is no electric sockets near the bed for double room, while there are for triple one.

This hotel is very nice and gives you an authentic Japanese countryside experience. The atmosphere is peaceful and truly captures the charm of rural Japan.

Ignore the low reviews, our experience was excellent. We used the free shuttle from Odori Station, and although it was a little late, the driver was kind and working hard on his own.

Staff were very friendly and despite not speaking much English, they tried their best, and were all smiles.

A convenient hotel which is zero distance between the depature/ arrival hall. All you need is to access on the halls by the hotel's elevator.

After a long day of traveling to Tokyo in the midst of a threat of a canceled connection to Sapporo due to snow, Air Terminal Hotel in the new Chitose Airport (Sapporo) was a welcomed relief!
