We discovered it was faster to walk to the station along the side street outside the hotel, not to walk to the Main Street. Smooth ish surfaces and you arrive at a side entrance with escalators.

A lovely hotel with good amenities and wonderful service staff.
Unfortunately we could book it for only one night due to availability.
The rooms are tiny but cosy.

The hotel was beautiful and the room we had seemed newly renovated (Semi Suite Double room) and was very comfortable. The onsen was very clean and spacious, and the yukatas were colourful and lovely.

This was a very lovely ryokan, with excellent food and onsen. Very picturesque gardens. We stayed for 2 nights and got to experience both sides of the onsen.

We had such a wonderful time there! We felt very welcome. The room was pretty big with a sliding wall separating the sleeping area from the wash basin and bathroom.

Central location and just a few minutes' walk from the old town, and about an 8-minute walk from the train station. Smooth check-in, complimentary juice or coffee at the reception.

My first Dormy experience and it was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel comes with so many nice perks and amenities.

Was checked in by an Indian staff who knew we were foreigners and spoke English to right from the top. Very refreshing service.

Beautifully designed rooms with warm, thoughtful details—especially the bath with a view of the brick walls and courtyard. Dinner was delicate and delicious, with a great selection of local sake.

We loved Uno Hotel! The hotel has a very chic vibe from the rooms to the lobby to the the restaurant. We appreciated that there was a filtered (drinking) water dispenser right in the room.

I originally booked a bed in the female-only dorm at Uno Hotel purely because everywhere else was full and honestly, it turned out to be an incredible find!

The room is surprisingly quiet large comparing to other Via Inn hotels. I love the bathroom with separate shower room.

I was staying at the other hotel during my recent visit to Okayama but had the intention to change when I realised how far it was from the train station.

I go to many Marriott properties to include many Fairfield brands. When we found this, we thought what in the world is a Marriott doing in this area.

People working in this hotel are extremely nice and helpful. They do speak English a bit! The room are clean, was no problems, they got free ice cream, umbrellas to borrow, breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean, and the welcome bar’s plum wine was amazing. The hot spring was also very relaxing and comfortable.

This hotel is historic and classic in Kurashiki. The interior is elegant and dignified, and the convention room is pretty significant.

It's fine considering the fairly low price. No parking (and no area to unload from a car), but otherwise the rooms are clean and it's close to restaurants and a short walk to the historical area.

Quite new business hotel close to station with spacious, clean, modern & well designed rooms. Comfortable beds & cool jeans-style pyjamas in keeping with the area’s jean’s history.

The best experience! The staff is super helpful. They have guides for everything and they let me leave my luggage with them while I explored. The room is clean and silent.

We were visiting Naoshima and booked the hotel as it looked interesting. Our stay was great. The Hotel provides good shuttle to the port and so is very convenient.

The view is excellent. It was just like what it is on the official website. The room is very tidy in the style of minimalist. The staff and food are awesome.

The hotel has definitely seen better days, but the rooms, while dated, were sparkling clean. All of the rooms face one way and the hallway faces the other, and the view on both sides is beautiful.

Hotel is a bit old, but view from the room was amazing. Staffs are very helpful and service was superb. We missed last morning shuttle service, but the staff sent us to station.

Surprisingly big size room business hotel, very clean newish hotel. The only hotel that I have come across requesting you to remove your shoes in the room! 👍 Plenty of free parking if you're driving.
