It’s almost impossible to access without your own car but definitely worth it. Also just be careful if your car is big like a family car as the road is really narrow.
There are a few staffs at reception and they seem nice. One of them was great to explain stuff around here.
Although we’re with two dogs and we wouldn’t be able to stay in a photogenic pool room, our room was close to a mini dog park and our fur babies loved it.
We experienced sauna as well though we didn’t book prior.
Over all, great relaxed time here!
The view is excellent. It was just like what it is on the official website. The room is very tidy in the style of minimalist. The staff and food are awesome. They have prepared everything for us and you don’t have to cook anything by yourself. You can even order drinks through their app.
It would be better if the instructions of the parking lot can be a little bit more clear on the way. Especially when it comes near the campsite.

I have traveled to Japan regularly for the past 10 years and have stayed in both luxury hotels and traditional Japanese inns across the country. Japanese hospitality is usually known for its exceptional attention to detail and thoughtful service, which is why this stay was particularly disappointing.
Considering the price of this hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service and facilities. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest hotel experiences I have had in Japan.
There are several points I would like to highlight for both future travelers and hotel management:
1. Lack of accessibility.
The hotel is not disability-friendly. There are numerous stairs throughout the property, and we even witnessed guests having to physically carry a disabled family member up and down to access the rooms. This should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking.
2. Poor arrival experience.
We arrived during heavy rain, yet there was no staff member at the entrance to assist guests or help guide us inside. In Japan, especially at hotels in this price range, attentive arrival service is generally expected.
3. Very limited in-room amenities.
Although the room view itself was pleasant, the amenities were surprisingly minimal. Even many standard Japanese hotels provide simple comforts such as tea cups, a kettle, tea, or small welcome snacks so guests can relax upon arrival. None of these were provided here.
4. Misleading information regarding facilities.
