No good. Bad Wifi, not certainly clean, very small rooms. While travelling through Japan, I was positively suprised by the comfort of most hotel, but not this one. Also walls were moldy, probably because there are no windows…

Terrible experience. I've just arrived to find how incorrect their site was, I was told there would be Wi-Fi in my bedroom or some form of internet but when I arrived there was nothing. Naturally I checked to see if there had been some mistake and told the man some kind of internet connection was essential for the work I had to do. He said "oh that's difficult" and then began to flick through a book which clearly couldn't resolve any of my problems —. — Clearly I'm not Impressed! Deal with this problem! Why are you messing with books and not dealing with the customer, who I might add has already paid! I now have to look for a new hotel which will be super difficult considering this wasteland has no internet connection. Room is also strange, why are there 2 weird beds I couldn't be more unhappy. I wish there was a star lower than 1. There's more but I'm not even going to get into it… Don't stay here.

Very, very shabby equipment, but the price is not cheap. The small shared bath is very, very small, the bath is uncomfortable, there is no oven and steam room, or even a cold pool. The most important thing is that there is no Wi-Fi, no Wi-Fi.
