Great room, very clean, very large, stunning views ^^ just a smell of enclosed but other than that impeccable service at the top!

Great hotel and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help even if you can't speak Japanese well. My family and I stayed here while on vacation and we had a great experience. Great places to eat located in the hotel as well as a buffet on the top floor with an amazing view. Convenience store in the lobby is a life saver!

The property and the views are amazingly beautiful. There is a paved trail that goes from the hotel around the point at the water front. It makes a lovely morning walk. There is also a trail that extends up into the woods and leads to a lighthouse. The hotel has great service. There is a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to Hiroshima station and back. If you come in from the airport, take the official airport shuttle to Hiroshima station (you pay for this). At the station you can then take the free shuttle if it is early enough. Otherwise a cab is best. There is a tram from the station that gets fairly close to the hotel but if late at night, you would not want to make the 1.75 mile walk from the tram to the hotel. There is also a fast boat that goes from from the hotel to Miyajima island where the floating torii is. The only problem I had at the hotel was the bed was not comfortable, but the hotel brought up extra mattresses to lay atop the bed and it was perfect. I loved my stay at this hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat. 5 stars…

Good hotel but in our opinion No 4 star classification compared to other Japanese hotels. Unfortunately, almost everything costs extra…

Amazingly well priced (perhaps made up for with the meal prices ;) ). Friendly and helpful staff, nice walks nearby, and access to ferries to get to the Peace Memorial and Itsukushima. Lovely place.

Comfortable hotel with a great view.

Fantastic please to stay, excellent facilities. It is far from the sites but there is a free shuttle to Hiroshima station, but it does not run very often. From there you can take a tour bus to all the sites (also doesn't run often). Very fast ferry from pier to Miyajima island (floating Tori). Free of you have a JR West Pass (NOT THE JR TRAVEL PASS), $33 otherwise.

After 21 hours not much to eat at the bar! Beautiful entrance.

The hotel has the best times behind it. Standard rooms are tiny, strong rennovierungsbedürftig with low ceilings. Full of bus tourists visiting — I couldn't help feeling that we paid twice or three times as a private traveller. Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful, but almost everywhere in Japan.

Architectural style taste Majestic elegance, excellent service attitude, beautiful surrounding environment, so that travelers in the weary, has a deep touch.

Some of the rooms are very nice. Unfortunately we wanted to give us a pretty bad smoking room on the 7th floor.
After complaint, we were given a small suite with super facilities on the 19th floor as a restitution!

Beautiful hotel in the beach. Quite, luxurious hotel resort that has everything. All room have awesome beach view. It is a great hotel to stay hotel outside of the busy Hiroshima city. It is 5 start resort for whole family to enjoy. About 20 minutes drive from the downtown Hiroshima.

Although the hotel is a bit of history, but the style is still, the room is large, many facilities, next to a few fashion shops, convenience stores, restaurants, hot springs, fitness room.

Very good hotel with good service. Rooms are pretty nice and reasonable price for foreigners. They have some staff who speak English. But, I will suggest to learn some Japanese words. Beautiful view but far from the city. They provide ferry in the early morning for Miyajima island.

What a gem of a hotel right on the waterfront! It has a beautiful view of the water way. At night, it's really quiet since it is somewhat isolated. There's pathway that you can take and stroll around along the water. Many locals come here to take pictures, especially at sunset. If you want to go to Miyajima, there is a ferry that docks right at the hotel. Tickets are available inside the hotel. The only downside is that you're pretty much stuck at the hotel since it's so isolated. If you wanted to go to town, you can ride the shuttle bus that goes to Hiroshima Station (with limited hours) or take a taxi.

Fabulous! You feel like a celebrity when staying here! It's beautiful, amazing service, good food with an enormous selection for breakfast. Nothing you like or can eat? Ask the server and they'll specially prepare something for you in the back. Allergens listed with food too. Rooms are large, very western, and very clean. Beds are a little too hard but that seems to be the norm in Japan.

This is a perfect location by the water. I loved the nice, clean atmosphere. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets during my stay.

Perfect location right at the beach. The rooms are very small the view out to the islands fantastic! Enjoy the sunrise and all the views. There is a lovely beachwalk around the Peninsula with little beaches.

The company paid for me, so I really enjoyed it. However, I was surprised to know that the hot springs were not included, in other words, you have to pay for it. The rooms and the service is very good!

The hotel is located next to the port so one can get some beautiful views. It even has its own port for ships going to and fro Miyajima. The rooms and the lobby are quite nice but the elevators require a room card to operate, which is not always ideal (and there doesn't seem to be an accessible staircase, too). The food is average and there is a small convenience store on the first floor. The location is around 30-minutes from Hiroshima station by bus.

Location was quite far away from the centre. It was nice, but just a bit too far to make it easy to access the centre of the city. We stayed here because the view out to sea was great and there was a boat that takes you directly from the hotel to Miyajima. View from the room was really nice. Service was ok. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the rooms. Hotel staff I interacted with had general English ability. Though my stay was short, it was lovely. If I come back to Hiroshima, I will stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Place is really good looking, extremely clean. The service is fantastic. But the location and price are not. It's an expensive hotel, with a location hard to reach for tourists. Took around 20 minutes to walk from the closest Street Car station. Other than that ; no complaints.

Fantastic hotel. The views out into the bay are phenomenal. Very helpful and happy staff. My room was very nice and spacious. I ate in 3 of the different restaurants in the hotel and I must say the Japanese restaurant is by far the supreme. Getting into the city centre was easy with the free shuttle bus to and from the train station. Such a wonderful city to stay in.

Nice, clean, staff are polite and helpful and a few speak English well. Not especially tattoo friendly. Very western, so look elsewhere for tatami floor and futon charm. Don't get the breakfast included, but if you do, eat the buffet breakfast — it has all the Japanese food from the set breakfast and more, plus Western items. Biggest drawback is the distance from just about everything. Unless taxis are in your budget, you'll need to rely on the shuttle bus to the station. 30 minute ride, infrequent, the first out in the morning isn't until 9:50 and the last one back at night is at 19:20.

Location provides limited access to shops but provides a few clothing shops as well as a convenience store at the ground level. There are also restaurants in the hotel which range in cuisines and styles. Transport services are adequate, with bus services (free shuttles or paid city buses) available at the hotel entrance. A ferry service is available as well, allowing for transport over water to Miyajima as well as into Hiroshima port. A taxi stand is also present near the hotel entrance. Rooms are quite clean, and have harbourside views (perfect for observing the sunrise). Room amenities are adequate, with a TV, bath/shower, heated toilet seat, and responsive thermostat. My one night stay didn't necessitate room service, but the hotel also provided services such as tourism info, and a ticket booth for ferry services.

Gorgeous place, really nice in-room amenities, clean and definitely upscale. Bit of a cab ride to get there but they have a shuttle. Breakfast was excellent and the views were spectacular.

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Both the reception area and my room were incredible. We had paid for an ocean view room and we're not disappointed by what we were able to see. The hotel itself is a bit out-of-the-way, however there is a local bus (which we used) and apparently a free shuttle bus from Hiroshima station to the hotel. There is a street of high-class shops outside the hotel and an okonomiyaki restaurant less than 5 minutes from the reception. The sky bar on the 23rd floor has amazing views, but is expensive.

Rooms are nice, bed confortable. Bathrooms are always the same in Japan. It has a SPA, restaurant, a market, everything extra, and expensive. Bus stop is on the front of the hotel. It is also very far from the city center and if you want to use JR Pass to go to Miyajima it is not the hotel for you because is very far from the boat station.

Great hotel. The 360 views from the upper deck where the breakfast is served in the morning are incredible.

Booked the room via Expedia for a great price. When we arrived we thought we were in the wrong place. It has a very upscqle feel to it, great service and very friendly. And the view of Hiroshima is pretty awesome at night. A little bit far without a car, but easily reachable by taxi, there is a tram not too far and the hotel offers a shuttle bus, which needs to bebooke prior though.

Hotel itself — the building, was great. Service? Eh. First we were given a smoking room, even though we specifically asked for a non smoking one, and then, when we asked for two futons (to sleep in), they gave us 1. The breakfast options are mediocre — but definitely not worth the price (23, 000 JPY for one adult! ). The views and everything else are amazing, though, but we had a few too many troubles.

This hotel is not recommendable: Cons: — Overprized retaurant, food quality absolutely poor! — Breakfast a catastrophe — To far away from the city — I am not an expert in English language, but from 6 persons on front desk only one talked in reasonable way in English language. — Rooms too small Pro: — The view from the rooms is nice, but that is all Finally there are better hotels with less room price in Hiroshima, don't use it!

Location is a bit far from the city, but offers a great view of the bay. The hotel overall is amazing. Beautiful in all aspects.

We got apartment at 5th floor and the view was the best. We could see bay and mountains. The room was really big and amenities was one of the best. Really recommend this place. Staff was also speaking English.

Location is not so great, and although there is a free shuttle bus it doesn't run at particularly convenient times in the morning or night (first bus at 9:50am? Seriously? ) Taxi would be quite expensive to get from the station, but you can catch a tram to nearby Moto-Ujinaguchi and hail a cab from there (160 yen pp tram, plus about 700 yen taxi). Staff are very professional, and the hotel is quite clean. The bar on the top floor is great, and although drinks are a little pricey the "small" course meal is decently priced, well proportioned, and tasty!
