Lovely hotel and a very unique location for a hotel! This hotel is situated right inside the Nagoya Tower (imagine staying in the effiel tower basically!

Combine industrial design, a landmark tower and hospitable service, then you get the Tower hotel Nagoya. One of the most unique stays of all time. The rooms were small but ultra homey.

Rooms are well equipped with book lamps, humidifier, tissue, hair dryer, basic amenities like toothbrushes, soaps and shampoos.

This hotel was one of my favorites from my trip to Japan. Stepping into the room gave me an immediate feeling of calm and coziness — to the point that I regretted not staying in Nagoya for longer.

We booked four rooms for our big family, and here’s our honest review—this hotel truly surprised us in the best way!
We had a wonderful stay in Nagoya.

The rooms are cosy and nicely furnished, the beds and pillows realy good. All our company loved to stay there.
Service is great and help is provided asap.

Hardly any human staff interaction, yet the service was impeccable. Check in and out via the machine was so smooth.

The best stay ever! There’s an ice machine on the 2nd floor, so I could just buy bottled coffee from 7-eleven downstairs and make my own iced coffee every day!

Wonderful from start to finish! We booked the Espacio rooms and it was well worth it. Staff is amazingly helpful, gracious, and treated us as valued guests.

I highly recommend this hotel. There is a shuttle bus that runs from Nagoya Airport directly to the front of the hotel, making transportation extremely convenient.

Convenient location near Sakae station. Its located just next to a large Don Quixote at a rather busy part of the area. You will find bars on the other side of the hotel.

Lift parking no problem even for big cars. Rooms are comfy and they have area that has free drinks until 11pm. Can walk around the area at night still bustling with activities till late.

Great hotel located one station away from Nagoya station. Across the street is a seven eleven and there is a coin laundry right behind the hotel. Service was outstanding.

I recently stayed at Hilton Nagoya again, and I must say the service has become even more refined compared to my previous visit.

My wife and I stayed at this cosy hotel for 3 nights in Nov 2018. The excellent natural hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after walking. We loved the delicious, free evening Yonaki soba ramen.

I would like to commend on Ms. Sakai (酒井小姐) for her exceptional service during our 7-day stay at the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was overall very happy with my experience, particularly the friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and adequate room.

We always enjoy staying at the Richmond Hotel and this one was no different. Our first week in Nagoya was in a different hotel, which was awful, we wish we had stayed at this hotel from the beginning.

Comfort Hotel Fushimi is just a 4 minute walk from Fushimi station exit no. 3. Fushimi station is just next to Sakae station which is 8 minutes walk.
The room is nice and clean.

Air conditioning is okay. Couldn't get the perfect setting, too warm or too cold or fan blew on you.

We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) in a family room at JAL City Nagoya Nishiki, and it was a wonderful experience.

Walkable to downtown Sakae where you have all the shops restaurants and department stores you want. The hotel is new, clean and the room size is quite decent. They also have a nice onsen.

Staffs are nice and willing to help.
Room design is classy, beautiful, attentive and well-organised.
For room 1010:
— Lighting switches positions are suitable for every lamp.

Rooms are tiny but classy, clean and fully functional.

Check-in was a little ponderous as no details from the online booking had been added to the reservation for two rooms. However, the rooms were exactly as described, and were very clean.

Room compact but utilises the space really well. The under bed storage is a good idea. Mattress was really comfortable and shower water pressure fantastic.

We are loving our stay at Base Layer Hotel Nagoya! The rooms are spacious (given they’re a Japanese double) and provide plenty of room for a couple.

Very clean rooms, good and friendly service. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but we managed to fit 2 full sized luggage bags and were able to keep them open and be able to rearrange.

The hotel is only 350m away from Sakae Station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unlimited coffee is offered for guests until 9pm.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and attractive, though it was small by US standards. The bathroom was awesome.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my daughter, and what appealed to me most was the public hot bath, which is separated by gender.

Great hotel, would recommend! Clean, tidy, friendly and in an excellent location.

For the most part everything went well. So no real complaints.

Stayed at Minn STATION Ai Nagoya. Location was excellent, easy walking distance to the station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Minn Station Ai Nagoya has a lot of great things to offer, but there were a few issues during my stay that made the experience less smooth.

This hotel will change its name to Koko Hotel mid Feb 2026 but I hope the new management will retain all the wonderful qualities that make this hotel such a good value stay.

We had a comfortable stay. Arrived to find a wide selection of complimentary amenities, sleepwear, slippers. Anything we needed was available from the desk.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is OK, a lot of convenient stores but this area (Nishiki) is night life area not so quiet. The staff were nice and helpful though not fluent in English.

Room clean and well kept on arrival. Had complimentary washing soap and shampoo. Safe in the room. Hairdryer available and charging plugs.

This is a comfortable hotel with nice décor, good facilities and service. Both the single room and twin room are spacious.

Room is nice and clean and the bed is big.
Good breakfast. Location is good too though it’s not in the center but it’s just a few minutes walk away to Sakae.

Hi.  We stayed for three days and two nights at Kuretake Inn Hisayaodori.  We had a fantastic stay.  The hotel is clean,  the staff is polite,  and the included breakfast is fantastic.

I Stayed here Last Year and will stay here again on an upcoming Trip this year.
I can say that this was one of the best Hotels I stayed in on my Trip Through Japan.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Androoms Nagoya! The room was super clean, modern, and comfy—exactly what I needed after a long day. The location is quiet but still close enough to everything.
