Definitely recommend. Travelled as a family with children, the staff were professional and welcoming. the Chef was amazing, the food was exceptional. Waite staff was knowledgeable n helpful, nice n humble. Ashanti at the front desk was a gem.

We loved our stay here! It is perfect if you’re looking for a tropical hideaway close to town, but not too close. We felt so relaxed at the Westender, like we were actually living in Jamaica and the Jamaican lifestyle for the week. We don’t enjoy the tourist packed beaches and shops of Negril, so the Westender’s location was ideal for us. The hotel is located on the deep West End of Negril, really peaceful location that felt like a hidden tropical paradise. It took about 15 minutes to ride to and from town. They provided a free shuttle twice a day too, which was great and really convenient. The staff was so nice, anything we asked they were so accommodating! The bartender on the seaside was impressive too. My husband and I couldn’t believe how little we paid and how nice the place was, it really was an amazing deal. We’ve visited Jamaica for the last 15 year and this place is definitely our favorite thus far. We can’t wait to go back.

The service was impeccable. I enjoyed my stay overall (just a few days). I enjoyed the surroundings, the openness and welcoming spirit of the staff. The food… yes, yes, yes… the chef was on point… everything I tried from the restaurant menu was great (from breakfast to lunch and dinner menu). Must say the staff, again, were very welcoming, so much so I almost prolonged my stay. Great Destination.

Everything about this place was perfect! Quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I will definitely be back! Thank so much we really enjoyed ourselves.

We really liked it here. The bungalows are really perfect, clean and functional. The complex is well-kept and invites you to relax. However, a car is a "MUST, " which I would also generally recommend for Jamaica.

Wonderful Hotel directly at the ocean. Friendly staff, quiet. Own restaurant and bar with happy hour. Excellent food. Best place to stay near Negril if you want to chill out.

This is my paradise. Great staff very accommodating. Love the peaceful places all over the grounds. Great snorkelling and diving. Menu could be a bit better and rooms could use some upgrading. Slider in my room took all my strength to open and close. However, these things are minor. Sunsets are spectacular! Sea pool is my favorite! Love love love this place.

The best villa EVER! They say first impressions last and my first experience was great but my second one was even better, is that even possible?! I would buy a cabin here if possible then again the rooms on the beach are just as great.

The Westended Inn is a terrific getaway. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is good, and the grounds and views of the rocky shore are lovely. The Sunday night bonfire and dinner is great fun. While you are only a shuttle ride away from 'downtown' and Seven Mile Beach, there is a feeling of isolation, so it's perfect for those who welcome a bit of peace and quiet,

The hotel was to die for with the best morning view! They offer free shuttle services at 10 am and 4 pm! The food at the hotel was tasty and delicious try the ackeee definitely my favorite! The staff was WONDERFUL from the security guys to the people at the restaurants it was perfect.

Amazing spot to relax! Spacious restaurant nestled on the garden side. Beach bar with great music and barbecue on the water side. Lovely fresh water pool among gorgeous gardens. Fun salt water pool on the cliffs. Easy access to the water and swimming available when the sea is calm. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Wi-Fi is strong! Bonfire, Entertainment and special food choices on Sundays. The yard is well kept and the entire place is enchanting!

This was our fifth trip to Negril and we’ll never stay anywhere else! Negril is an absolutely beautiful city, but it can get too congested with tourists during the winter months when we visit — which is why we were so happy to find the Westender. It was about a 15 minute drive from seven mile beach, they even have a shuttle, I think it was $4 each way, which was much cheaper than any of the taxis. Our shuttle driver Kemar was so entertaining, you can’t have a bad time with that guy around. On your trip from the airport, we were wondering if we were lost, but right after the long road, you find the hotel and a couple other hotels and homes. Everyone that worked there was so nice and always asking us if there was anything they could help with, especially Paul. We really enjoyed going for walks along the road in the morning. We can’t recommend this place enough, it was perfect for us. We can’t wait to be back, having a Red Stripe at seaside!

This is a relaxing retreat outside of the hustle and bustle of Negril. A small, peaceful hotel with a handful of rooms, a million miles away from your standard packed hotel accommodation. The setting is wonderful, the crashing of the waves against the rocks eases you to sleep every night and the stars in the sky are the clearest I've ever seen. The staff are lovely and welcoming, eager to help but also not in your face. If you want to come back from your holiday feeling truly refreshed, this is the place to go.

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE IT IS SO RELAXING AND PEACEFUL FOOD IS GREAT! Staff really great it’s a nice place to get away from all the rush and just relax meditate or have a couple getaway. Will always recommend here!

My husband and I were here for our honeymoon. This hotel is off the beaten path but offer their own shuttle bus for transportation needs. Quiet and secluded. All the staff made us feel like family and we were at home. The suite was spacious for an awesome price. The food at the on-site restaurant Westies was amazing. The innkeeper Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped us when we couldn't find transportation to our airport transfer. We will definitely be back for anniversary.

It was a lovely place in a peaceful and quiet community if you are looking somewhere affordable to relax and stay out of the overwhelming town this would be ideal for you. Food was also lovely but affordable. Price could have been better though.

The staff is wonderful amaizing this is a little piece of heaven wonderful people, good security, great view, peace and quiet, I will definitely stay again they will find you (whatever you need) we went fishing and glenford cooked it it was amaizing. Everything has been great I couldnt ask for a better vacation. They have really good security. Its a little away from the beach but thats why you get peace and quiet. Worth the stay… they will take you to the beach if you ask.
