It is quiet, friendly and organized.

Great resort for couples. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Massage here is awesome and gets the knots out. You can rent snorkels, recommend washing it again, and swim right off the resort. There is no sand beach off the resort because the resort is on a coral beach and it was great for snorkeling. It was amazing! There were a lot of tropical fish right off the resort and it was like being in Finding Dory. (And yes! There was a dory type fish there but no Nemo) the only grip I have with this place is the high prices of everything. Food is not cheap and we miscalculated how much cash we needed. The restaurant in the resort was amazing… at times and sometimes it was really off. Bring enough cash to tip and pay for some activities. Many places don't take card. Mosquito repellent is a must. Ask front desk for it. There are some cool places right outside and if you are looking for an authentic Rastafari experience one is right across the street called I-n-I. Don't get it from the resort staff, I-n-I has better quality and are great hosts. Food sucks but other services are great and they have delicious fresh juice. A small grocery store is near by so you don't have to pay $10 to go to Hi and Lo overpriced tourist trap. Go out and take a right and 300-400m down and it will be on the left. If you take the car service from the resort they are expensive. $25 for a round trip to the beach. Only 2 miles away.

The rooms are clean, simply decorated and functional. The staff is very friendly. The Breakfast could be somewhat more generous. There was only Toast, jam, Butter and a small plate of fruit and a glass of orange juice. Coffee, tea, milk, cocoa could be as much as you wanted. For a woman the Breakfast is sufficient, but men would like a scrambled egg dinner, Etc. And then still has to be paid back-ordered and extra. In the surroundings there are enough possibilities to fill you up, exclusive restaurants and also simple. Fattis Restaurant is excellent and cooks very well, taking into account their own wishes very happy. In front of the Hotel there is a chicken man stands every evening to recommend only easy but very tasty! But you can also eat in the Hotel or in the numerous Restaurants on the beach. Respect for dark corners in the evening on the beach! A Couple was robbed! Better on the road, walk on the beach in a larger group. In any case, we can recommend the 2 day tour. Costs 300, — US$ — but you can see very much, an Overnight stay and the excursions. In comparison, the is convenient for a day trip costs about 100, — US$. Also recommend a boat tour. The boats are directly on the beach in front of the Hotel. The guys are super nice, costs 35 — 40 €, incl. Lunch, stay on an island, snorkeling. Also for the party friends every night is going on a beach somewhere.

We stayed 10 days and we had a great time. Daily cleaning with The canons of the caribbean. Good service, good restaurant/bar with dishes prepared at the moment. The room is very spacious with all The amenities, clean and the wi fi only works in the patio in front of the room. Fantastic location on the beach and close to some shops a mini supermarket and a shopping mall to find The shop. All accompanied by a great team formed by young men Jamaicans friendly cordial and professional. Overall our stay was a fairy tale unforgettable. Thanks to all the staff. Excellent facility, meticulously maintained grounds and every bite of food was simply divine. The staff are friendly, especially the dog Rosa! The only downside is that the resort feels isolated from everything else in Negril, there is almost nowhere else to go without paying for a taxi, and other than swimming and eating there is really nothing to do on site. The Spa is great to visit, just be sure to arrange entertainment elsewhere.

Good food, shocking service.

We have been at the shields twice now… first was a week 2 yrs ago and just this january for 2 weeks, loved every minute of it… the staff are amazing, rooms cleaned every day, its home away from home we will see eveyone again next year… thank you too all staff and management who made our stay rememberable… we give 5 STARS all the way… Tony and Corrine from Canada ;) ;)

What a beautiful property!

The beautiful Resort but they don't really encourage going out and seeing the beautiful island that surrounds it.

We had great 3 weeks here. Super nice staff. Super Rooms. Food grade with a little extra, you can get various Breakfast. Lunch and dinner is wonderful. If it were, we would hang a star on it. Yes it is easy but small and clean. And who is not satisfied to stay at home. We are very satisfied. Thanks a lot to all.
