Fantastic location. Staff. Great dinner and breakfast (all organic). Swimming pool surrounded by silence between garden and olive grove. Large and equipped apartment. Too bad there is no air conditioning in the room.

While I was on a trip to lake Bolsena near Marta, I decided at the last lunch in this beautiful, ancient structure immersed in the green countryside of the Tuscia. For starters we ordered a platter of cold meats on the freshest products from them, with skewers of pickled vegetables served in a basket with branches of ivy interwoven, all accompanied by bread and breadsticks are homemade. The rice with nuts is a real "trauma" emotional for what was good, then the pork tenderloin was so tender incredible and the tacks in oil that did the contour were excellent. The bottled wine of their production went down a wonder and the tiramisu at the licorice was delicious. Having made the booking with TheFork discount was significant, so I would say that as the first time it went very well.

Arrived in this place to the case I was stunned by the quality of the raw materials and by the friendliness of the properties and staff. The correct price. Recommended.

We stayed at this property last month and had a great time. Our room was very nice, spacious, clean and welcoming. The owner also gave us a couple of pretty good tips about the places to visit nearby, helping to make our weekend unique. The ancient village is magical, rich in art and history. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and very quiet. We booked in 5, but found only made 4 beds, the fifth bed we had to do it ourselves. Should be treated a little more the room, the place was cold.

We discovered this lovely place out of curiosity, fascinating for the location and the history that covers it! Thanks to the style it still retains that historicity that makes you feel in the 1200! Convinced of the place we booked the whole place, for my brother's 18th. The very helpful and full of ideas knew what was right for us. Genuine and quality food, impeccable and very kind service. The choice of wines is also generous. It would have been nice to take advantage of the afternoon to admire even more the beauty of the village and the surrounding garden. In summer I imagine sublime! A little note about the schedules, because having booked the whole place you have pleasure to enjoy it all the way!

Beautiful experience to repeat definitely. I'm sorry I only stayed a very short weekend.

Few services offered, you get the sense that there is a great untapped potential.

A historical location, pleasantly furnished and with a great kitchen. Very interesting cultural dinners on Friday, during which discusses historical themes and vintage recipes are proposed. The result is very interesting evenings, both topics that for people you can meet.
