Location is great. Standard room, iron beds. Great place for the price.

Strategic location clean rooms friendly staff Good breakfast. Rooms in the norm. So also to families on small children playground in the garden.

Very central and very convenient to visit Gubbio. Free parking is a bit difficult to find, but there's a large paid parking lot practically in front of the hotel. The room (I had a single) was clean and functional, with no air conditioning that nonetheless needed at all. Good and very well assorted breakfast, served in a large room with the possibility of using even a very cool small outdoor garden. The Kindness of the staff makes it a great choice. If I can give a little hint, I'd remove the plant-planer fan, and I'd put a ceiling fan with chandelier. Otherwise nothing to be over. Good.

Kind and friendly. Beautiful rooms, especially those on the second floor that give on the solarium. We were offered a free upgrade as soon as we arrived. Breakfast a little simple. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast from 4 star lux. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Ideal location. You can arrive by car leave your suitcases and park.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Gubbio. Nice and attentive staff to meet the needs of the customers. Comfortable and clean rooms, Big breakfast, a nice garden and everything at great prices!

Perfect reception maximum availability of the staff. The room is a little small but… you should not live! There is also a "Bau" room to comfortably accommodate the guests with their 4-legged friends accompanied by hooks x leash and bowls x food and water. I add that it is very convenient as a location, next to a free parking… In short we are fully satisfied!

It was a very nice place. Only faults the parking not easy to find not to pay and a few problems in the bathroom: the plug of the bidet not working and the shower clogged.

The CanEra was not so big and especially the bathroom in the attic was a little low! Then I don't know if the other rooms are like that! Great breakfast! Friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a very central and quiet area with easy access to the center. It reflects the medieval and historical style of the city. It has a lift, the breakfast is decent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Hotel kindness and cleanliness are master I had requested if possible a nice view and I got a frinte room with a view of the biggest Christmas tree in the world… they were wonderful!

Good location, nice lobby, decent room, I don't like the Self Service Cafeteria machine at breakfast… X me breakfast must be a pleasure not to turn into a waiting in a row with the cup in hand.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the old town and with the possibility of free parking and pay in the surroundings. Our room was very clean but the décor was a little dated.

We are staying this weekend in this beautiful hotel, friendliness and courtesy from all the staff, premier rooms, super breakfast and especially the welcome that is reserved for dogs is 10 stars! The breakfast room reserved for customers with dogs is really excellent. We will be back recommend everyone to those who owns a dog and not.

Ok, close to the center, hotel Little cared, housekeeping leave to be desired and the bathrooms are poorly groomed and unsupervised, perhaps the "artisan" furniture knows of remedied fridge present, to off and empty, in the quadruple room only 3 towels… I won't come back!
The hotel does not have a private parking, the closest is in a little busy area at 5 min walk, if not for a fee to 1 block but you can not park on Mondays, for the market. Breakfast disappointing no simple croissants.

For 25 years I have enjoyed twice the year of their courtesy and quality.

Just outside the center… We were only there for one night… The room is normal for a 3 star. Bathroom, so-so. Attention to the choice of the room, if you want air conditioning, do not take the economy… The breakfast… There is a wide choice between sweet, savory and fresh fruit.

We had a very good reception and the room was very clean.

This hotel is an old converted convent, large place with loads of character within an easy walk of the town. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and large room, good and comfprtable air conditioning too (right temperature). Bathroom very clean, but a little small. Staff is polite and helpful (they lent to me a smartphone charger because I forgot it). They have a very interesting agreement with a nice restaurant in the Center. Standard breakfast (espresso not included but to be payed separately).

Great hotel with great staff and qualified staff. But above all a wonderful welcome. For the second time we had a fabulous time.
