We were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the owner! New and very clean structure! The maximum tranquility for those who really want to spend a relaxing period. A super abundant breakfast! The structure is well connected to the main Umbrian villages. We will return. Highly recommended!

Excellent hospitality from the managers. The double room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. Of course, as some have said, there is no bidet but all things considered, you can get used to it. This "problem" is unfortunately a constant in even very expensive hotels abroad so you can get used to it, in the short term. The location of the BB is perfect for getting to Foligno and the surrounding area. Another plus point is the parking. The area is quiet. The shared room is the only room for breakfast. I found the breakfast plentiful and varied. So, overall, the evaluation is positive. There is also Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

Excellent structure immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside a few kilometers from the center of Foligno. The rooms are well furnished and above all clean and sanitized in all rooms. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a beautiful kitchen area with all comforts. The owners are very nice people who try to satisfy every customer request. A note of thanks to Mrs. Rita who made our stay perfect. We will definitely be your customers again. I highly recommend it.

Very clean and high quality facility. The rooms are quite large and the furnishings are new and very functional. The bathroom in the large room with a large and modern shower. Unfortunately, the bidet is missing, the only real flaw of the stay. The structure has a reserved parking space, a very practical kitchen shared with another room, where in the morning the breakfast is set (also very good). The owner is very kind and very helpful with every need. We really appreciated the location and the silence.
