Zero stars. I don't recommend it… Ants in the bathroom room with leaky garnix. Water everywhere. Breakfast not 4 stars. WI fi not working.

Great property. Very nice and prepared restaurant and breakfast staff.

We visited this hotel several times, for several nights and as a group. The Wi-Fi does not work in pur room, the ladies at the reception are very unfriendly and refuse to find solutions. We can not work. The hotel is far from complete and they refuse to change rooms. A plug is torn off the wall does not work. What happiness! thank you for your responsiveness and sympathy!

Great hotel, I find it convenient as it is close to the most important communication routes of Perugia. Also open to agreements with the, own company and the cost decreases. Modern hotel, clean with lots of amenities. Good trendy restaurant.

Comfortable, modern hotel with parking, friendly atmosphere. It's a great restaurant. Stressed only weak soundproofing, but thanks to the neighbors, caught not very noisy. A convenient location for those who are on the cars. For travelers, stay overnight, super.

Hotels with a strategic location, outside there are many shops, cinemas and shopping malls. Silent and equipped with all the comforts of a hotel of this category. Large room, no carpeting (for me it's a plus point), internet connection a bit unstable but probably it was because of the unfavorable placement of my room.
The exterior looks a bit dated but inside you can breathe a completely different air with modern furnishings and large common spaces.

If you are in Perugia by motorbike or car this hotel in a modern key is the best solution. Site not really in the city, rather it is quite out, but it is easily reachable using the bypass that in 5-10 minutes (depends on traffic) allows you to get to the large underground car parks of Perugia.
It offers all the comforts and services of the Best Western and the price is really competitive. To understand us, just over 50 euros (per night) for a weekend of at least two nights in a double room. Breakfast is served in a large room and offers an abundant variety, both for those who prefer salty and sweet. In The room however you can have tea or instant coffee thanks to the presence of the electric kettle. The bathrooms are also very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. A four star that tends to something more.
For business trip: really recommended;
For pleasure trip: recommended only if motored.

Very good Hotel, clean, functional, modern. The restaurant and the atmosphere Very nice staff and I have to say that at the restaurant we had a great time, a pleasant surprise although we were hundreds for a congress at the Annex building. Large parking and close to Perugia. I recommend it.

Nice hotel. Good service and good atmosphere. Close to nice places just a little distance from old downtown like 15 min. But still nice place to stay.

You can evaluate everything, the price, the quality, but a normal customer can not be prepared on everything until the specialist arrives who hopes to make you the C… Panic bars completely out of standard and hard to open, fire doors brought fuorinorma for being painted by a professional incompetent with unsuitable paints. Self-expanding gaskets neutralized by paint and non-functional sliding sectional doors. One of the 2 viewed is impossible to close because for a long time it has screws and chain to prevent its closure, so in case fire the automatic closure of the same will not work by flaring the flames in other areas. This is not to change magnets and cables with a few hundred euros. Those who save not thinking of your security must get out of the way because it will not give any benefit to the company. It's the second time I've been here at a conference in 2 years and the doors are always like this. I have to comment also the RM Italy fire-fighting that should exclude the doors from maintenance but decreases its take.

Forced to vary my judgement: you can turn a blind eye on the lack of internet for a day…
But 24 hours without hot water is not permissible even in a hostel from €5 a night.
I sincerely hope you never understand again.
Shame because the structure, the staff and the value for money deserve at least 4 stars.

I've visited 4 conference rooms. The bigger one is like a cinema/theatre actually with many seats. The other ones are smaller and are pretty comfortable, with a projector and good sound.

Staff not very friendly, breakfast a bit skinny as far as the salty buffet. The hotel itself from outside is not much but it has parking, it is not far from Perugia and the rooms are fabulous. They didn't travel on business so we would have hoped for some more advice, however recommended.

Very well maintained Hotel, the property is modern and well kept, with underground parking. In the lobby there is the availability of newspapers (sun 24 hours, courier of the evening, and free, those I remember). The rooms are nice and comfortable, to parerr of all those with whom I have stayed, too hot. Very friendly staff, gave us several times directions and the map of Perugia.

I stayed at this hotel for a three-day Cuban salsa dance internship from March 19 to 21, 2017. In this hotel you are exceptionally fine! Beautiful beautiful modern comfortable rooms clean spacious equipped with all the quiet comforts to rest well at any hour. They managed the event for number of participants and organization, with the experience and professionalism of those who are used to handling important situations with extreme ability. And despite the countless individual situations and problems of the housing. They were always able to maintain extra friendly availability by really solving all the critical issues … including doing death jumps to allow everyone to have a room well past the morning check out, namely until late in the evening, proving to be sympathetic and close to the user. A special appreciation for the staff on duty at the reception really gorgeous and always smiling and ready to give explanations and information! Finally great note of merit for The restaurant and staff for the very good tasty dishes that has never silt on the portions reviewing with encores for those who wanted it although already the initial reach was more than abundant. Thank you all!

Nice hotel. Welcoming and friendly. Covered parking and breakfast ok. We had the sheets leggrrmente torn, but clean. Negative 2 single mattresses to compose illetto.

The most delicious Sushi in Perugia. Unmatched.
The place is easily accessible and a large car park.

Very nice, elegant and professional environment, having said that, the only demerit is the absence of a bar or simple machines: for example, if you want to take a coffee after a meeting, you have to go and visit the nearby Café. For the rest, my hat.
