A lovely place. All the staff friendly and helpful, clean and tidy rooms, strictly respected anti COVID rules, abundant and varied breakfast.
I also tried the SPA service and the relaxation massage and I can consider myself extremely satisfied.
I will be back for sure!

Great property despite being difficult to… because of the wrong address on the site. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet; Great breakfast and with a wide variety of choice for all tastes and tastes… Palates. All the staff, besides the professionalism shown, were kind, helpful and friendly. Maybe the pool should be checked since some… "customers" do not abide by the correct use of the same.

Relaxing place x a weekend or to spend a few days relaxing. Nice rooms with various comforts. Outdoor pool always clean. Great breakfast buffet where you really find everything from sweet to salty. Friendly staff. I also highly recommend it for families with small.

Excellent level structure, consisting of 2 distinct "blocks" but joined by a closed passage. Common parts and rooms furnished with taste and attention to detail. Really remarkable breakfast, both in quantity and quality. Great free covered parking. The staff are very kind and professional, both in reception and in the room. Great location, in about half an hour you reach really many villages and cities of immense artistic value: Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Perugia etc. Recommended.

Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of Perugia. The room was simply perfect: spacious, clean and quiet. An example to follow. I regret that we arrived late and were unable to enjoy the pool. The food was very good. The only catch you can put on it is the little variety of savory (something that is often repeated in Italy), unlike with the sweet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is distinguished by cleanliness and order. Cosy outdoor garden with attached swimming pool. Plenty of hearty and well-stocked breakfast suitable for all palates. I stayed in a superior room, also provided with air conditioning and shower tub with hot tub. Recommended for both couples and families.

The rooms are very nice, it's a short drive out from Perugia which is beautiful, and the staff are welcoming and obviously fluent in English. Some weird things: the requirement that people wear bathing caps in the pool (according to them this is a local law and I saw a few law breakers so this is probably not actually a big deal) and when they scan your passports at check in they don't do it immediately so you have to come back and get them (makes me a little antsy). Finally, the complimentary breakfast is good quality but narrow in range; they have what feels like far more sweet than savory options which didn't really appeal to me. Overall positive experience.

Very nice hotel, because of an old farmhouse. The breakfast is super. The gym would be set up with at least one rack for traction and the use of barbells. The weights are missing.

It was a very nice hotel. Nice and spacious room. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was all great. Too bad it is close to a very busy road and the view is not the best.

Nice and clean. If I have to find a flaw: the shower had the doors closing broken.
The mattress a little dated as well as the pillows that were low.
Breakfast varied and plentiful in a beautiful place overlooking the pool.

Hotel of modern conception with all the main services of a 4 star. Comfortable the mattress and the shower cubicle. Ample parking. Not tried the spa for exclusive use at 25 Euro per hour. Not of equal quality the nearby restaurant.

Very nice Hotel in the room Stayed in a quadruple room really very comfortable and spacious! Breakfast varied and plentiful in this room with large windows overlooking the garden inside with swimming pool. I do not put the 5 stars just because we did not manage for time problems to see also the spa but I'm sure it deserves all!

Nice room, clean and cordial staff.

One of the places which disappointed me and my husband. The location is very strange, kind of industrial zone. Some room's windows are getting out to the swimming pool, and if you are on the first level you can't open the window. The staff on check-in was very unfriendly (except nice man on check-out). Our passports were asked to live on reseption for few minutes and even 10 minutes later nobody took care of it. In the bathroom there was a smell of cat's urine once it got wet, not clear why, everything was really very clean. When I complained about it, they promised to check, but seems like nothing was done with it, we've been only two nights so I didn't care to much about this issue… Breakfast was OK, but even there was a case for confusing feelings. Half of the space was closed for sportsmen. It is not a problem that the space is "closed" for a specific group, but once you close it, do it the way that other people will understand it and won't be able to access it, because the separation wasn't so obvious. When waitress thought that I'm sitting in this area, without hiding here emotions she asked: "But it's closed, how did you access there?! ". I was so happy that I was sitting in the right place. There were some other small detailes showing that in this hotel you are not so welcome. I am not waiting for something special from the staff, but too many times I felt there uncomfortable, without doing something unallowable.

A perfect blend. Quite, comfortable, very kind staff, greatly restored building, nice ample rooms, full services, well positioned and easily reachable, just outside the beautiful medieval town of Perugia. What else?

A wonderful stay, spacious rooms, clean, comfortable and very elegant. Staff The spa is relaxing and the breakfast fantastic, rich and tasty. The dinner takes place in the adjacent restaurant Dell Olmo, elegant and delicious. Definitely an experience to redo very soon.

We stayed at this hotel in the last weekend of EuroChocolate, the nicest staff, the clean and very spacious room. Plenty of breakfast, although many products were frozen. We had a try "biting" a cupcake that was still frozen inside.
For the rest a top stay.

Having the package Smartbox "a romantic Night" we booked a standard room for two, unfortunately the standard was not available and we were offered a superior to 20 euros more or a deluxe to 50 euros more.
We opted for the superior.
The room we were assigned, overlooking the pool, was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was a little awkward and the bathroom sanitary ware maybe a little older but clean.
The property is very nice and while being close to a busy street it turned out to be quiet.
With the package we also had a nice aperitif.
Overall a nice stay but, seeing the prices also on other portals, I came to the conclusion that with the smartbox you pay a much higher price.

I met up with family at this hotel. Very clean and nice looking but I didn't stay for more than an hour. Pool looked like a nice place to relax.

My partner and I stayed two nights at Relais dell'Olmo. It was a fantastic experience. From check in to departure, the staff were amazingly helpful. The grounds are exquisite, and the location is close enough to visit many towns and villages within a few minutes drive. Very easy access to the highway. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. There was so much selection and the presentation was lovely. We travel quite a bit, and do our best to find charming and affordable accommodations, and we hit the jackpot with this hotel. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area and wants a quiet, lovely, home away from home.

Excellent suite at a good price for our family of 4. Breakfast was varied and good. Dinner at the nearby restaurant was outstanding. When our daughter forgot her pillow, they found it, informed us of it before we reached out to them, and arranged to mail it back to us.

We stayed at this property with an emotion and we were fully satisfied. Lovely rooms, very helpful staff excellent breakfast.

Very pretty, comfortable and modern facility located a few kilometers from the Centre of Perugia.
The room we were allocated, to our pleasant surprise because bigger than the one booked, it was a family deluxe. The room was comfortable (good), extremely quiet, very pretty and very clean
The staff are delightful. The breakfast is plentiful.
You can park inside the facility in the basement garage. Wi-Fi access. I will certainly book here again when I'm back in Perugia with my wife.

The second time at this hotel to enjoy the small, but highly efficient health club; find it slightly modernized, always with the utmost care and attention to details made sense the dedication of staff for and the reception of guests.
The welcome is always accompanied by a smile and extremely careful in communicating the information for your stay; on this case, teased us, our English Bulldog, was also received with kindness by the staff.
Having availability of rooms, staff was super cute and she hosted in a higher end than the room we request; should not be underestimated that the structure is totally usable by people with disabilities, the rooms are on the pool, where there is also a breakfast room, prr to reach the spa, located on the lower level you can use the elevator.
Varied breakfast buffet with sweet and savory, fresh and dried fruits; even the wait staff is very friendly and extremely attentive to the assortment of buffet.
Finally a little note: property is the only by the use of coupons not consulted me decline on weekends or public holidays, a foresight.

I booked after reading reviews. I was not disappointed. Helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast excellent. I was more than pleased. If were restaurants near by ' in those areas I will certainly repeat the stay.

Wonderful hotel, with spacious, finished and cured in cleanliness and detail.
Excellent breakfast with a large buffet and relaxing view of the indoor swimming pool.
Good location on the edge of the city, although poor location as surrounded by barren countryside, highway and sheds.
I would recommend you let it grow tall hedges, so as to immerse the visitor in your piece of paradise.

Relais absolutely fabulous, near the center of Perugia to dive to rejuvenate the spirit! We picked through 1 coupon: 1 night in a Superior room with Jacuzzi in the bathroom, 1 hour of Private SPA, free in-room breakfast and welcome drink, all gorgeous!
The SPA, recently renovated with modern furniture really classy and managed directly by the owners, it was certainly the best moment lived in the cottage: 1 hour just to us in an environment with soft lighting and aroma therapy, with 4 places hydromassage, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna and Chromotherapy shower for a relaxing new age music in the background and closed with an excellent tisane dedicated corner
Spacious room with antique furniture placed on swimming pool and opposite the mega breakfast room located in the new wing with huge windows overlooking the garden, which give brightness to the environment, which is accessed through a glass corridor.
Breakfast is a feast for the eyes and the palate: there are numerous Buffet with sweet and savory treats all possible, including fresh fruits and vegetables (oranges to squeeze over juice: fantastic idea! ) and the staff is friendly and super helpful.
All the Relais is fine furniture and objects where the taste of Interior designers makes the warm and welcoming environment (from the Reception to the bar etc.
