Excellent hotel, great room and the breakfast is wonderful.

We went in July… First we arrived at the property and the receptionman was rudely arrogant and freaky, after saying the customers didn't treat each other so we got into the room…
In the room there was a smell of moisture mixed mold that I even slept dressed and with a beach towel on the pillow since we found hair not mine under the pillow not to mention in the shower that there were hairs everywhere this denotes a NOT PULIZIA… I don't recommend this hotel. I would give 0 stars but to publish this review I have to give one… such a crap I've never seen…

Despite being in a small square with a terrace (perhaps slightly small for three) you can admire the sea without any problem. Pretty quiet area. Too bad for the pigeons and their deletions despite the measures taken. You could do more for breakfast, for the bath and the janitors who were not wasted that much.

Beautiful hotel, the staff depends who you meet is nice, the Russian is very nice!

Room booked on booking at a great price. The hotel is in an excellent location it has good rooms but with some fault type noisy bar fridge difficulty with hot water and lift which at night time does not work in addition to the car park in the area and everything at a charge and the hotel releases the coupon for stopping at discretion. Services in the media. Good breakfast.

This hotel is worth a try for those who love the history, the vintage, the real Italy! Very familiar, nice atmosphere, original 800 lift. It seems to make a leap into the past. Rooms definitely in tone with the atmosphere, with original doors. Someone can think old. Here I would say that in this case you can address elsewhere. I think places like these should be preserved! Very very cute holder! I would say joyful! Good!

I had never been to such a nice hotel,
The rooms are beautiful, and I had the pleasure of staying in one of those with the balcony.
It is less than a two minute walk to the sea, and I have to say that hospitality is the best I have ever been able to take advantage of.
Price, and (having been there for the carnival) a lot of fun.

Rooms a little untidy… but clean. Beds with overexploited mattresses… bathroom… x lo less in our room without bidet ne/bidet shower… staff at reception unfriendly… but on the other hand breakfast not so much in quantity as in quality…

Wonderful old building hotel, all in retro style, good continental breakfast (by Italian standards), romantic decoration, located in fact on the side (perpendicular to the sea) Marco Polo Street, on the border of the big Park. Windows are mainly on the south side, in summer it can be hot, but at the beginning of the season and in the fall-the most. There is heating for winter. A rare elevator of 1920, in itself a subject of historical heritage. A unique location near one of the first luxury hotels of Viareggio-Jekselsiora (now not so). Best practices. Courteous staff from booking to check-out, clean and nice environment. I will stay here again, I can only recommend it.

A beautiful pink pearl, cozy and full of small simple touches that make it worthy of its qualities. What does he miss to be 4 *? I don't know but it's wonderful… congratulations.

During the Lucca Comics 2017 we were guests for two nights at the hotel. When we booked, we were warned that only one room was available with the window facing the former lift's trumpet but for a reduced price. Given our needs we accepted. Net of the window on the elevator shaft, we found a room furnished with broken furniture (like an Ikea closet evidently leaning and with all the doors misaligned or a nightstand that once opened it was no longer possible to close) and, if not dirty, At least not cleaned carefully; For example, in the shower, where the soap door was broken, a previous former had left a soap used leaning against the attack of the water pipe, and we found it. I hope it was a room not usually used, and that the neglect was due to that. The breakfast is valid, and in terms of availability the reception is open up to 12 and is given the opportunity to return at any time.

I recommend with all confidence this lovely, quiet and romantic hotel.

Hotel art nouveau style, is situated in a beautiful location, next to the promenade and the sea, with beautiful view. Cozy, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful experience, to be redone.

It was a really nice hotel with art nouveau style interior design and the unique elevator that I have never seen before. Service and all the hotel workers are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was various of alternatives. Very close to beach! Actually, most of the beach is not free in Viareggio but the Hotel Marchionni is just opposite the public beach and you can walk and enjoy the sun and swim by the sandy beach.

The location is great along the seafront. The breakfast lovely and the rooms adequate. Staff are friendly and there is parking outside the hotel.

Beautiful old style. Clean and nice. Thay also havr a little bar and some lounges there you can buy a bottle of wine for only 5€. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.

I found it very helpful, with the convenience of walking on the sea. Recommended.

I accomagnato some friends come to see me: the room had three beds requested but a bed plus a measly Cot, heating, this is a small heater quite dated, should warm the room plus the bath which has no heating! but the worst thing is that when we asked to split the double bed we were told that you had to wait the next morning and when we pointed out that there was no heating in the bathroom the Lord rather rudely told us it's always been that way if this is a 3 star hotel. A Council will not go there.

Very nice hotel in the Centre of viareggio.
It is clean, comfortable and with a good continental breakfast.
We enjoyed it very much and this is to be recommended.
