➜ The hotel, if you have to visit Arezzo, is slightly out of the way, about 15-20 minutes drive away. I don't know if it changes anything at room level but, having booked with Booking, they gave me a pretty dirty one. There was hair in the bathroom and the carpet was dirty. My mattress was taken badly. Needless to say, despite the low price paid, for the level of cleanliness found it also seemed excessive. Only good note breakfast, the pastries and pastries were still good. An extra star in my vote just for that.
The staff are nice and the beds and sheets are clean. The showers are ok, the water was warm and the soaps and new towels are there. The breakfast is cheap! The coffee is really bad in plastic cups! The hotel is old it needs some renovation. I can't say anything about the prices, since I didn't paid here. The rooms are air conditioned but you can't do extremes with air conditions like too cold or too warm.
